All new home in beautiful Englewood. Very quiet area on a cul-de-sac but within walking distance from restaurants or shopping. Englewood is one of the last few unspoiled areas on the west coast but we have three of the most gorgeous beaches only minutes away. Also we have a public pool, rec center, bingo, theaters and golf within a few mile radius. This house is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation and all the yard maintenance is taken care of by the landlord.
The spacious living room is elegant and modern. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is done in an oriental theme. The kitchen is outstanding with state of the art Italian laminate silver birds-eye with striking black countertops and matching appliances. Laundry room is right off the kitchen for your convenience. The second bedroom has two twin beds and substitutes for a second tv room with dvd player.
There is also a separate room just for the computer for privacy and the computer comes with it. The family room has a 32" tv plus dvd and vcr. Also a small table and chair set for breakfast. This house has just been done and has not had anyone live in it as yet, even the pots pans and small appliances have never been used. It is all ready for someone to move into for a great vacation.

Nov-Dec & Apr .. $1750/month plus 12% tax
May-Oct ........ $1400/month plus 12% tax
Includes all utilities.
$500 security plus $500 down for deposit and the balance due
2 months before arrival unless other terms negotiated.
10% discount on a minimum of three months' stay.
