(2 Bedroom, 2 bath, Living Room, Fireplace, Kitchen, Large Covered Patio, Heated Community Pool and Spa), condo offers a lot for the money. This home away from home has a very large patio area which looks directly at the Lake and Fountain. HIGH SPEED INTERNET!!! Neutral Beiges and a touch of the Southwest grace this lovely property. Referred to as the "World's Tallest Fountain" it brings visitors from all over the globe. This small community has beautiful mountain views and is surround by Red Rock Mtn, Four Peaks Mtn, McDowell Mtn and the world famous Superstition Mtns. The Fountain Festival in November and The Great Fair in February offer more than 400 artists and artisans, hot air balloon races, food and music with free admission. November and March bring "Concerts in the Park" which showcase such music as Jazz, Country, Big Band and Contemporary. Although Scottsdale and the Valley are just a short 15 min to 30 min drive away they seem a world away from this quaint Town of Fountain Hills.
Restaurants, shopping, library, city hall and community center are all within a minutes walk from your front door.
