This beautiful 4/3 in a gated community is lushly landscaped as the pictures show with a large fenced/hedged back yard with Tiki Torches and pool with waterfall. Also enjoy the automatic multicolor LED pool light for a great atmosphere at night. All main areas tiled and bedrooms are carpeted with soft plush carpet. Tommy Bahama style decor. Next to Ballen Isles golf course. FISHING POND WITH GREAT BASS JUST STEPS AWAY. We remodeled and redecorated the home in 2007/2008. The beds are comfy, there is alot of outdoor area both covered and shaded and open. The yard is very private and relaxing, you will definately get the tropical feel from the swaying palm trees towering over the waterfall to the Hawaiian Tais in the garden to the Pink Hibiscus tree standing alone in the back yard. The fully furnished lanai with a ceiling fan overhead is great for a sunny breakfast or a peaceful dinner looking at the color changing sky to the east.
The Master Bedroom is on the main floor for comfort and there is a 2nd full bath on the main floor too that exits out to the pool. The linens are soft and there is every amenity available to you. We want your stay to be luxurious and relaxing. We have a VCR for those of you who have not yet come into the 21st century and a DVD player for the rest of us plus too many cable channels. There is a sidewalk that cicles the entire community, it's about 3/4 of a mile, for that evening walk. We hope you enjoy our little slice of Heaven. Weekly Maid service Available For $125.00.
