This home is centrally located in Scottsdale with easy freeway access and only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport or Scottsdale Airport. Mesa Gateway Airport is a 45 minute drive.
This Ranch style home backs up to one of the many area parks. The split floor plan provides a quiet retreat for the parents, along with a sliding door to the covered patio. Grab your cup of coffee and favorite reading material and enjoy your morning lounging on the patio or have a BBQ and enjoy a glass on wine in the evening. If you are lucky a family of quail or our local rabbit will join you in the back yard. Just after New Year's the grapefruit and lemons will be in season! Go out in the yard and grab a couple of grapefruit to enjoy with your breakfast or squeeze some lemons and make lemonade for a refreshing afternoon break.
Our neighborhood has miles of hard surface recreation trails, along with parks for children, tennis and basketball courts. There are two bikes in the garage and a set of golf clubs for your use. McCormick Ranch has so much to offer within walking distance, a gym with an indoor pool, yoga, a bagel shop and Walgreen Drug Store if you forgot an essential.
Within a few minutes you can be in Old Town Scottsdale wandering thru the shops or enjoying one of the many culinary delights that Scottsdale has to offer (ask us for recommendations!). Grab your golf clubs and head out to McCormick Ranch Golf Club, Pavilion Lakes Golf Club or even Talking Stick Golf Club just past the casino. Enjoy an afternoon at the spa or indulge in some retail therapy at one of Scottsdale's many high end shopping possibilities.

Stroll along the streets of Old West Scottsdale. Lots of Shopping and Dining!
Sheer red sandstone cliffs and its telltale hump draw thousands of hikers to Camelback Mountain each year. Hiking to the top is not for beginning hikers -- the two summit trails are strenuous climbs
A great day trip, grab a bite to eat and venture on to Roosevelt Lake. And don't forget your camera
