A wonderful place to stay, right on a beach of powder-sugar white sand. Beautiful pool downstairs. The beds are very comfortable, we cooked great breakfasts every day in the equipped kitchen, and had a wonderful stay. Thanks so much!

For the past two years, my sisters and I have enjoyed spending quality time here with our mom. The balcony was perfect for leisurely breakfasts; we took in the scenic ocean view as mom shared stories of her childhood. The wide doorways and spacious master bath were important to us, since mom needed to use her walker. This "home away from home" is beautifully decorated throughout and well maintained. Having brought a laptop, the DVD/TV system allowed us to share family photos with mom. After a relaxing day of basking in the sun, swimming in the pool, and walking the pristine sandy beach, we slept well in comfortable beds. It was great to have so many nearby restaurants and activities; we could choose to be as busy or as idle as we pleased!

This is the real deal! Me and/or my wife have visited and revisited this get a way condo four times and it is beautiful. The view is amazing, the sunsets spectacular, the condominium is beutifully and fully equipped, When you see travel pictures, or travel videos of Marco Island, you will often see these towers in them! They are beuatifuully architected, and are right on the beach. We go lto the local fresh fish market and buy some catch of the day, and have a romantic candle light dinner for two. Bring your camera. While walking on the beautiful beaches you will view flyinhg and nesting birds on the nearby sand bars. And while walking the beaches you will see beautiful hotels on the beach front, and their eating and entertainment areas. It's like visiting Hawaii, only closer. This is absolutely an all thumbs up condominium experience.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We recently visited this property and had a phenomenal trip. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and we very much enjoyed the condominium itself. It was spacious and very well maintained, great kitchen, and extremely clean. Everything down to the towel "animals" (made out of the bathroom towels to greet us) was a pleasant experience, and the balcony was comfortable as well. I would happily return for another visit again, thank you for a great visit!

I have been coming to this condo with my family since 2000. We have returned 3 times. The building is right on the beach, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. There are multiple swimming pools, one of which is right there on the walk to and from the beach. The addition of the complimentary wi-fi allowed me to stay in touch on our last visit. The condo accommodations have always been very comfortable, and nice to have 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. I would recommend this place if you are looking for the space a condo provides over a hotel. I personally will return again and again with my family.

Gorgeous Fun Relaxing OceanRetreat

What a fabulous place to relax! We thank the owners for sharing this wonderful retreat with us! Once we checked in we had no need to use the car again except for a few excursions to some of the nearby restaurants. Breakfast on the lovely porch overlooking the ocean and pool and is so easy when the kitchen is so nicely set up - everything we needed to create quick healthy meals was provided. Morning walks on the pristine white sandy beach, watching the sun come up and set over the glistening ocean, jumping in the waves of the oh so blue sea, playing in the very clean pool (condo included really nice beach towels and "noodles" for floating in the water) lounging in the cabana (first rate lounge chaise lounges!) as we talked, read, and laughed, evening walks, watching movies in the lovely living area, enjoying a glass of wine on the porch, what could be better? My family insisted on returning to this specific condo after our first visit, which we did. Both times we found the condo to be very clean, attractive, and comfortable. The color scheme just felt good to be in. We all slept great in the beds. My family of 5 grown adults appreciated having plenty of room to recreate inside as well as outside. All of the amenities worked well - good water presure and plenty of hot water for showers. The linens, towels, and bedspreads were all quite nice. You can tell that the owners really pay close attention to the comfort of their guests! We all felt very relaxed and refreshed when we concluded our visit. We plan to return again - yes, for the 3rd time, and yes, to this very specific condo where we can count on a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this condo!

Very convenient location, pleasant room

The condo comfortably sleeps 5-7 people as advertised. Furniture was well maintained and all the utilities worked fine. Very short walk to the beach and swimming pool, both of which can be seen from the outside balcony. Very roomy kitchen with modern appliances - made it easy for us to cook big meals for our entire group. Would definitely visit again.

Can't see the beach from the balcony!!!

There are so many places down there to rent I first would seek out an owner who really lives on the island before renting from a rental agent. The gorgeous pool you see does not have a working heater and in fact the heater has not worked since sometime in November 2010. The beds are dreadful worse than dreadful. It was not clean on our arrival and very dirty walls and carpets. We had to wear slippers all the time. If you have small ones the balcony which is 3 floors up does not have a railing which is up to code meaning my 18 month old granddaughter could fit her head between the railing and fal lNever enough hot water for more than 1 person hot shower. Renter Beware!!!!!!

Please see photos taken from the balcony which clearly show the 3 mile pristine beach. 2.The majority of condo owners do not live on Marco Island. We have arranged for a professional person to be on call to handle any issues that come up for our renters. Most people see this as an advantage. 3.. Marco Island experienced the coldest December on record in 2010, concurrent with this renter’s visit the last two weeks of Dec 2010. That must have been very disappointing. The pool heater was broken and we learned about this when the renter informed us. My agent immediately contacted the management and was informed it would be at least a week longer before the repair could be made. I offered the Ms. King the option of being released from our contract so she could secure another condo . She refused. Ms King was also offered the option of using an identical heated pool in the South Seas Complex. Actually, during this renter’s December 2010 stay, the weather was frightfully cold and very few people were choosing to swim. 4. The mattresses are top of the line and have a functional age of five years, well within reasonable wear. 5. We have professional cleaners who clean after each renter. The same cleaners work for multiple condo associations on the island. Our carpets are two years old. They are shampooed annually. 6. The balcony railings are built to Marco code. All the condos on the island are under the same code. This renter was advised that she could rent a mesh netting from Tiny Tikes rental on the island which evidently chose not to do. 7. This is the first complaint we have had about hot water. All units in South Seas have the same capacity water heater This issue is being explored and addressed. i8. I’m sure the coldest December on record made for a very disappointing two weeks on Marco in December 2010. If I could influence the weather, I surely would. What you can count on from me as an owner is to address any issue of concern as quickly and effectively as possible. That is why we have an agent on the island to act on our behalf.
