This home has all the charm of Key West with all the comforts needed for a great vacation. The house was been renovated. We saved all of the historic detail and added all the comforts of today. The house has a new private pool, central heat and air, a new kitchen (with dishwasher), two full bathrooms. There is a full size washer and dryer indoors.
One bedroom is downstaris with a full bath. There are two bedrooms upstaris, both bedrooms have queen size beds. There is a full bath upstairs.
The pool is new - it is 18 X 8 with a bench along the side. It is perfect for a few people to soak or float.
The best feature is the Outdoor Living Room and large patio around the pool. There living room has a large covered seating area with a dining room table. This room is perfect to enjoy the Key West climate. We spend most of our time here.
The front porch faces Fleming St. and is great for sitting and watching the pedestrian activity on the street. The landscaping is set so you have just the right amount of privacy when sitting on the porch.
There is a private outdoor shower by the pool… for the true Key West experience (you won’t want to shower indoors once you try it).
The house is in Old Town. It is a great walking neighborhood and is near all the action on Duval St. (but not too near). We are about 3 blocks from Duval and 3 blocks from the Seaport.

This place is fabulous -- beautifully appointed and maintained. Very clean. The listing desc ription and photographs are accurate. As the description inidicates, you will want to spend most of your time in the lovely outdoor living room and dining room. It's perfection! Location is terrific -- we could walk to many fine restuarants and sites, including the Historic Seaport and Bahama Village. There's a great bakery nearby for breakfast croissants and lunch sandwiches. It's a quiet street. The owner was unfailingly helpful, and I would highly recommend this rental.
