This home has all the charm of Key West with all the comforts needed for a great vacation. The house was completely renovated in 2008. We saved all of the historic detail and added all the comforts of today. The house has a new private pool, central heat and air, a new kitchen (with dishwasher), three new bathrooms. There is a full size washer and dryer indoors.
The master suite is a separate upstairs unit. It is very large with a separate entrance, sitting area, a King size bed, and a kitchenette that is great for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The two other bedrooms have queen size beds.
The pool is new - it is 12 X 8 with a bench along the side. It is perfect for a few people to soak or float, but is not large enough to swim laps.
The front porch faces Margaret St. and is great for sitting and watching the pedestrian activity on the street. The landscaping is set so you have just the right amount of privacy when sitting on the porch.
The bathrooms are all new with custom tile and showers with glass doors. Best of all there is a private outdoor shower by the pool… for the true Key West experience (you won’t want to shower indoors once you try it).
The house is in Old Town. It is a great walking neighborhood and is near all the action on Duval St. (but not too near). We are about 4 blocks from Duval and 2 blocks from the Seaport.
