Feel at home, as we former Minnesotans have, in our clean, warm home all on one level.

Expect all of the luxuries.Relax in a newly—renovated, furnished 2 bedroom split/2 bath home. Lots of windows (for the Catalina mountain views), light, airy design, high ceilings, open floor plan and a fireplace.

Kitchen complete with eating area and all the equipment you need, including basic spices and tv. Dining room for more formal entertaining. New appliances, counter top, sink, tile floors.

Enjoy the private backyard with an indoor/outdoor patio, amidst the cactus, flowers and citrus trees. Grill outdoors on the new bbq and dine al fresco under the lanai. Watch the mountains turn fabulous colors and rise to see the most beautiful sunrises. Enjoy the quiet, clear star filled nights! Listen for the coyotes.

Master bedroom is large with a new king bed, tv, and mountain view. A large closet and a private bathroom and a shower.

Second bedroom has a queen bed. Computer access and desk in a separate office nook.

Washer/dryer in the two stall garage.

Includes on-site access within walking distance to all Sun City activities: golf, tennis, swimming, and fitness centers, book/video library (weightlifting, aerobics, whirlpool) with close to 100 clubs and groups (arts and crafts, cultural interests, dance and exercise, yoga, cards, and travel/day trip options, etc).

Available year round. One person must be 45 years or older.
Many birds and wildlife in the area – road runners, quail, hawks, coyotes, javelinas, bobcats.
