Lion Cottage of Langley is a romantic retreat for one or two couples. The cottage if filled with beautiful antiques and furniture and beckons you to relax before a warm fire and leave your busy lives behind for a few days. Enjoy the library/office filled with books or stroll into Langley village, only 1.5 blocks away for delightful restaurants, cozy coffee houses and Langleys wonderful and unique shops. The two bedrooms each have queen beds with beautiful linens and antique furnishings and they both look out to a private and lovely back yard.
The master bedroom is a haven with french doors leading to a patio and looking out to a lovely and private yard filled with beautiful plantings and landscaping. The second bedroom has its own bathroom and looks out at the yard and patio. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare special meals, including a spice cabinet plus an array of herbs planted in the back yard for you to gather and use. The covered patio has a patio table, a gas and charcoal grill and a firepit.
Lion Cottage is a charming and immaculate home with delightful winter views of sea and mountains. It is less than two blocks to the beach and eagle and (fall and spring) whale watching!
Lion Cottage is my cherished home, which I gladly share with you and ask you to be good caretakers of it. There is an ample supply of coasters and placemats to protect the furniture. I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington.

I am from San Antonio, Texas and have lived many places in the states and in Europe. I first visited Whidbey Island in 1985 and found my self drawn back again and again. I have worked in the antique business, for an attorney and have been a Real Estate Broker for 30+ years. I love working with clients on the island because they bring me their dreams and we have the adventure of making them come true.

I can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, Langley's one screen movie theater, live plays, art galleries and unique specialty shops. We also have excellent wine shops in our village! People come here and simply relax, able to enjoy the island beauty and the slower pace....I call this Island a healing place for the body and spirit.
