Cimbria Cottage was featured in Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles magazine and described as the ideal family cottage by the sea. We agree! Located in the the charming Coast Cottage community, Cimbria Cottage is only 280 steps to St. Simons finest beach along our lovely brick paved lane.
This Charleston style side porch cottage has three bedrooms on the first level, each with its own full bath. Two of the bedrooms open to a generously furnished side porch. The second level features a spacious kitchen and dining area for preparing your special vacation meals. The separate living room is perfect for family gatherings, watching a movie, or listening to music. Both the dining and living rooms open to the roomy side porch where you'll sit in rockers enjoying the salt air and ocean breeze.
There's even a third floor study for reading a good book or snoozing on the pull-out twin bed. The study opens to a private ocean view balcony for sunbathing or watching the morning sunrise over the Atlantic.
Cimbria guests enjoy full priveleges at Coast Cottages fabulous oceanside pools, pavilion and beach boardwalk.
Bedding Includes: 2 queens, 1 set of twin bunks, 1 twin trundle, 1 twin sleeper sofa.

The Coastal Cottage neighborhood is a convenient and fun place to stay on the island. Access to the beach is easy and walkable both low and high tides. The pool area and grounds are well maintained, and people are friendly. And Cimbria Cottage is a wonderful place to stay - a nice floor plan, well decorated and clean. We especially enjoyed the living area on the second floor - the views were great. Overall, perhaps my favorite place to stay on the island.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.
