We are pleased to share our lovely Coast Cottage with you! Located within walking distance of the beach, the Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming, vacation atmosphere. The community features brick paved streets, two oceanfront swimming pools and pavilion, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.
Cimbria Cottage, located at 31 Coast Cottage Lane, features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and beautiful coastal decor. Cimbria Cottage was featured in Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles magazine and named the ideal family cottage by the sea. We agree!
The first level houses three bedrooms, each with its own bath, as well as a generous, furnished porch. A spacious kitchen and dining area, with a separate living room and half bath, opens to a full length porch with outdoor dining on the second level. The third floor houses a cozy loft for relaxing or sleeping, and a private porch for sunbathing and watching the sunset. Small pets are accepted for a $150 non-refundable fee.
Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. The community swimming pools can be heated for an additional charge, starting at $250/week. Please inquire for details.
Bedding Includes: 2 Queens, 1 Set of Bunk Beds, 1 Trundle Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa.
