This is a single story, lovely, casual and comfortably laid out condo (1350 square ft) privately located end unit. It is our well cared for family vacation home and we would like to have you come and enjoy it as well.
There are 3 enclosed patios: one off the dining room with a wonderful mountain view (this patio also provides outside dining for 4, a propane gas BBQ and this patio is partially roofed); a larger patio off the living room area has views to the distant north mountains and lots of seating; a small patio nestled off the master has the same view as the living room and is a great place to cozy in and have some quiet reading time.
Bedrooms are located off both sides of the entry hall, affording nice privacy for each. Master is the larger room (15 x 15), but the guest room is also a good size (12 x 14). Each bedroom has its own bath. Master with stall shower and guest with shower over tub.
This unit is about a 2 minute walk to the swimming pool. The pool offers mountain views, palms and bougainvillea for your viewing enjoyment. The pool is heated and there is also good size Jacuzzi at the pool area. A 5 minute walk away are the tennis courts. If you choose, you can also stroll down to El Paseo (about 3/4 miles) to shop/dine/enjoy!
