Only one family has owned this Spectacular Vacation home since 1992. The owners care over those years always shows.
Located on the Penisula at Izatys, between the Marina and Mille Lacs. It is available year round.
It is ideal for a large family. Bedroom #1 is on the ground floor with two single beds, Cable TV. Bathroom on mainfloor. Bedroom #2 is upstairs two single beds. Full bathroom between #2 & #3. Bedroom #3 upstairs with two single beds. Bedroom #4 is the Master Bedroom Suite. It has a Kingsize bed, TV, Private Bath and private a deck overlooking the lake.
Ceramic Tile on the ground floor. Dining room table seats 8. Living room has two large plush sofas. Double wall to wall sliding doors give access to the patio. Then the manicured lawn, then the shore of Lake Mille Lacs.
The Izatys Townhouse comes equipped with Central Heating/Air, Full Laundry, Soft Water & more.
All linens and towels are provided. All equipment and utensils for the kitchen are provided. Go ahead and make that big meal you've always wanted to try. Sit down at the table. Or serve it buffet style from the extra large kitchen counter top.
You will be less then twenty minutes from Grand Casino Mille Lacs. GCO does offer shuttle service to and from Izatys. Call GCO for details.
Nearby are the towns of Onamia, Isle, Wahkon & Garrison. They offer small town tourism-shopping and some great dining experiences.
Endless parks and trails both start at, or begin nearby Izatys. Walk, hike, bike, 4 wheel, snowmobile, ski and shoe. Check out Father Hennepin and Mille Lacs Kathio State Parks. The Soo Line Trail anchors one of the best Winter trail networks in the state.
Your family vacation will be quite memorable when you take it at Izatys.

I have had the pleasure of renting this unit several times either as a quiet get away for two or a weekend away with friends. This townhome has always been very clean and has all the conveniences of home (dishes, cookware, bake ware, etc). Sitting on the back patio or upper deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening sunset is so relaxing, I cant imagine a more peaceful setting! The home sleeps 8 individuals comfortably and we never felt as if it were too crowded. We will definitely rent this home again and are looking forward to many more weekends here. We stayed at the Izaty's property for a long weeknd recently - we loved the lake view (you are right on the water), beautiful surroundings, and convenience. The unit was spotlessly clean, with a nicely equipped kitchen and ample space for a group to gather. The resort offers so many things to do, and the fishing is always great on Mille Lacs! We would recommend this vacation spot for families or several couples - it's a great place to escape!

We have rented this same unit for the past few years and it is great! We love to take a family vacation over Labor Day weekend as our last hurrah before summer ends and school begins and this is a wonderful spot to spend the weekend. The yard is great for the kids to play games, the view of the lake is tremendous, the kids love to collect and skip rocks at the shore and being on the marina side it is the perfect fishing spot! The townhouse has a great deal of space so we never feel crowded even though there are 10 of us! The huge kitchen table is a great spot for the adults to play cards and relax after a long day of the kids keeping us busy. We are anxiously looking forward to our Labor Day weekend 2010.

We took a break from work and rented this home for the first time this winter. Great view of the lake! I can only imagine what it looks like in the summer and we will be back to find out. The home itself is tremendous. We rented with 3 other couples and we spent most of our time indoors playing games and eating, just the kind of time away we were after. The accomodations for relaxing and stuffing ourselves were perfect. Thank you to everyone who made it possible!
