The villa is situated in the Lake Berkley Resort, a safe, gated, private community with private homes. It is a beautifully furnished, clean, luxury lakefront pool home. You'll have to yourself a very private southwest facing pool area w/fencing & shrubs on each side and lake out back. With the Disney gate just 10 minutes away and miles from the Rte. 192, the gateway road to all attractions and entertainment, everything is in close proximity.
For your convenience there is a super Wal-Mart just 1 mile from the home . Rte 192 provides retail stores, restaurants, amusement parks, and the gateway to theme parks, entertainment and sports recreation. The villa has been newly decorated with flooring and furniture. It will have everything a family could need. Family room/kitchen/eating area is very spacious. Relax while overlooking the pool and lake w/2 sofas, DVD, cable TV, stereo, CD player and internet access.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, w/auto ice maker, dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you will need. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer...no need to pack your suitcase full of clothes. There are 4 bedrooms. One king room w/bath, large closet & storage closet, TV & DVD. Queen room w/bath, TV & DVD and 2 twin rooms w/bath. We provide plenty of towels and linens.
The resort has amenities provided exclusively for residents and vacation rentals. There is a clubhouse with gym, internet cafe, game room, small store and community pool. Outdoors there is a tennis court, walking trail around the lake, children's playground and fishing pier at your disposal.

Our family has been vacationing in Florida for over 30 years now. We love to water-ski and golf and there is no place better to ski and golf than in central Florida, add to that the theme parks, recreation, restaurants and the great weather and there is no better place to vacation than in Orlando.
The Unique Benefits of this Vacation Rental Home
If you have never experienced renting a vacation home instead of a hotel room you may be surprised. What you will experience is a much higher level of comfort. Our home is just 1 minute from Wal-Mart. We always go there first to pick up the groceries. We get to the home and in a half hour the food and luggage is all packed away and it feels like were home. You're in a residential neighborhood and it's gated with a 24 hour guard. The Lake Berkley Resort is a resort because besides living in a luxury lakefront, 4 bedroom pool home, a resort means you have access to a clubhouse with a gym, game room, internet cafe and small store. If you want a bigger pool there is a community pool. There is a tennis court, children's playground, walking trail and fishing pier. The home is just 10 years old and was completely renovated with new pool surface, interior paint, all new flooring and furniture just 3 years ago. The home is beautiful and clean. Sit on one of the 2 sofas in the family room, watch tv, listen to music or just admire the view from the pool deck out onto the lake. When it's time to go to the parks it is only 10 minutes to the Disney Gate and 20 minutes to Universal Studios. If you don't' want to go far it's 2 miles to rt. 192 where you will have a long list of retail stores, restaurants, amusement parks, Dunkin Donuts, 7-Elevens and just about anything you'll need.
