Come enjoy the solitude and sounds of nature at our beautiful home on Lake Sinclair. One of Georgia's premier lakes, Sinclair is only an hour and a half from Atlanta, making it a great location for a weekend away.
Our three bedroom home is perfect for couples looking for a quiet escape or for families looking to enjoy the lake. Relax in our master bedroom on the second floor loft and look out at the tranquil water.
Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen or on our charcoal grill outside. Our family room provides comfortable seating and overlooks the lake. Our lake home is child proof for families with young children.
The house is only 75 feet from the water with a boardwalk leading down to our dock. Sit outside on our wrap-around deck or down on our dock to catch a few rays, fish or read a good book. The deck has gates at each stairway to provide safety for little ones. Our dock has tie-offs and padding for our guests to bring boats.

We absolutely loved spending time at this lake home. We just wished we had more time and we will definitely return. From the moment we spoke with Brandon on the phone to the end of our stay there it was a true delight. The house was fully equipped, very clean, and comfortable. We were out there with our kids and my husband's siblings and it was a great, and relaxing experience. Thank you Brandon, for sharing this small treasure with us....

The pictures and description of home was accurate. It was relaxing to sit on deck and eat your meals under the shaded trees, and watch the animals, people ride by on their jet skis or boats, and see fish jump out of the water. Homes and boat houses are very neat in this area. It is in a great area for skiing, tubing, wake-boarding, & etc. for family recreation. This home and dock is well-maintained. The drive to Milledgeville or Eatonton is on good roads and the furtherest Wal-Mart is 20 miles. I recommend this home for your vacation. We will be checking for availability our next visit to Lake Sinclair.

The house was just as advertised, well maintained and clean, it really is just as it appears in the pictures. Although there is plenty of entertainment in the surrounding area, my kids and I never left the property, we spent three days just floating in the cove talking about life an relaxing. It's a great place to unwind.

I am so glad I found your home on this website. I had Thanksgiving for my 3 boys and their children. The first time they have been together in 10 years. Loved the house! Loved the neighborhood! My boys became friends with the owner of the Bone Island Grill Restaurant which has excellent food! They enjoyed fishing and socializing. They also went to Rock Hawk Effigy which has numerous walking and hiking trails.Thank you Brandon for your detail of all things I needed to know to navigate the area and find everything I needed to find. The boys are talking about possibly doing this every year.Great time was had by all!
