This 3 Bedroom modern summer home is located on the west side of Cazenovia Lake. Completely remodeled, our home has three bedrooms located on the second floor with a full tile bath. Downstairs is a eat-in kitchen. The living room and dining room are combined. Throughout our home beautiful Cazenovia Lake is visible. Off the living room is a sitting room to relax and and unwind after a fun filled day with spectacular views of Cazenovia Lake.
On the back part of our home is a large deck facing the lake. Grill and eat on the deck or just relax and enjoy the sun sets. With 75 feet of lake frontage you also can relax or swim off our long dock.
The village of Cazenovia is a short distance away. With many fine restaurants and cute little shops there is plenty to do. Throughout the summer there is a farmers market and summer concerts on the lake. Fishing and kayaking are a must so come and enjoy!
