Why would anyone rent a tiny hotel room, when you can enjoy our newly redecorated condo at Horizon South? It is spacious and offers almost 1000 sq. feet with all of the necessary elements needed to have a wonderful vacation! In fact, the unit is a warm and comfortable 1 bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms, with an additional sleeping alcove that children love, located directly across the street from the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and the warm emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a half bath, and additional sleeping is available via a queen size sofa sleeper located in the living area of the unit and there is an additional twin bed located in the sleeping alcove. A full kitchen is available, with dishwasher, microwave, cook top, oven, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and utensils. For your viewing pleasure, two flat screen LCD televisions are available with cablevision and a DVD player.
Horizon South is an ideal location and is directly across the street from the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort-- but much more peaceful! It is only a 3 minute stroll to the beach, and the complex offers multiple swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, a club house, onsite/shared laundry facility and a miniature golf course. Sometimes, we never leave the complex. Our unit is located at the center of all the various activities offered. And, the gated community is secure, safe and patrolled. Horizon South offers several playgrounds for children and is close to many local attractions to include: Pier Park, MGM Grande Movie Theater, Super Markets, Shopping Venues and several local restaurants. Horizon South truly has it all! Unit remains available until confirmed by renter.

Why the Owner Chose Horizon South
Horizon South is an ideal location! It is only a 3 minute stroll to the beach and the unit is within a gated community, which offers a peaceful escape from the various fast-paced activities of Panama City Beach and the strip. But, it is close enough to all of the action if one wishes to participate. In a matter of minutes, one can be at Pier Park, The Sandpiper or many of the local's favorite restaurants. I purchased this unit because the complex offers everything one needs to enjoy the beach-- pools, hot tub, tennis courts, club house and a mini golf course.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the unit being upstairs and directly across from the club house and main pool. The unit offers a peaceful view and is far enough off the strip to escape the noise associated with traffic. But, it's less than a 3 minute stroll to the strip and beaches.
They have a wonderful Tiki Bar on the beach! And, they have various water sport rentals to include parasailing!

Lovely condo well appointed, great location close to beach and shopping.Great winter place for seniors nice get away for families in spring or summer, lovely pools , tennis courts etc.Were looking forward to another winter here.Great owner very accomadating, condo in excellent condition and clean.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
