We had a wonderful experience in this Condo. Everything was in good working condition. The current was on and off the Island for the first 2 days but we enjoyed our vacation. The owners answered all my emails in timely manner, very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this Condo. The host Norma was very helpful. We would be back again. Thanks Chris & CathyRecommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We enjoyed relaxing at the beach which is a few steps from the condo. The unit is cozy and is equipped with everything you need. Chris and Cathy were wonderful to deal with, very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions prior to our trip. I would highly recommend renting a car, which is what we did. It is truly the best way to see the island. We loved Red Hook which is about a 5 minute drive from the complex. Great restaurants - Big Bamboo for the best burgers and lunch; Fish Tails for some fresh fish right off the boat. The ferry over to St. John is also in Red Hook, a must see. Also, on the East End is Coki Beach, a fantastic spot for snorkeling. We so much enjoyed our stay that we are already planning to return next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Our trip was wonderful! The location of the condo was excellent. We loved that we could walk right to the beach. Red Hook was a short distance for the restaurants. If the taxis charged you by the mile rather than by person it would have been much better, but they have to make a living! The cond was great and we can't say enough good thangs about Norma; she was an added pleassure to the tripDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We stayed at the property from Jan 1 - Jan9th. It was as wonderful as expected. Pictures online were very accurate. It was clean, no bugs, no offensive odor(masterbathroom had a little odor, however I imagine that is difficult in a warm environment to control) Nice view from the eating area and comfortable seating in the tv viewing area. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Norma the onsite property manager for a number of units was fabulous. She was always checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed. There is laundry available onsite but not in the individual condo. Never needed to launder the towels because Norma and company handled that. Very short walk to the beach for spectacular views of the neighboring islands. Nice shade under the seagrape trees and Dianne the beach gal made sure we had the chairs we needed everytime we went down. Nice size beach to walk along everyday. In the morning there was always someone there racking up the beach to remove the seagrass that had accumulated over the night. Be sure to wear bugspray in the am and at dusk and if there is no breeze for the noseeums. Not a problem as long as we sprayed ourselves. We snorkeled everyday to see a variety of fish--it was absolutely wonderul. We also rented a Kayak from next door to paddle out around the points--very reasonable. There were beach runners offering sandwiches and drinks, they didn't bother you just politely asked then stayed away. We rented a car so we drove into RedHook and ate 2 times at both Fish Tails(awesome fresh from the dock fish) and Big bambooz. Excellent frood and service from both. We also went to Duffy's loveshack for fun drinks(with souvenier glass) music was good. Owner's were very quick to get back to me with questions before we left for St Thomas. I would certainly rent from them again. I feel these condo have the best beach and view of them all. We drove up to Paradise Point one evening when there were cruise ships in to see them depart. It was a gorgeous view--the road is very steep and twisty but doable(we had a ford focus-wouldn't do it though if the road is wet)We also drove up to Mountain top to see that view--amazing as well. We hope to return in 2 years. Do not hesitate to rent this unit, it was great!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Had a great time at Crystal Cove. It is next door to the Sapphire Beach Resort, so be careful to not miss your sign :} Renting a car is the best way to go. Check in was a breeze. Ladies at the desk were very helpful and gave us his/her beach towels. Roomy condo overlooking the ocean. The property is very well maintained. We saw employees working all week on the beautiful flower gardens and landscaping. Everything was in bloom and the weather was great for most of our stay. The pool area is fantastic and just has the best views. This time of the year is not so busy as the winter, but we found most restaurants at Red Hook and the surrounding area very accomodating and usually packed on the weekends. Highly recommend going to Iggies on the Beach. It is located at Bongalo Bay and has a huge outdoor patio area and beach table for eating. Great food and music, plus karaoke on the weekends. Also loved to eat at Amigo's Mexican Rest. in Red Hook. Great chimichangas and margarhitas and view of the bay. Condo was very spacious and has a large selection of satellite channels for viewing and was well stocked with everything you may need. I would love to recommend that the owners buy a blender for frosty drink making, as we could not find one in the kitchen. No problems to speak of and would highly recommend staying here for your visit. We will definitely come back and stay here again. My thanks to the owners for their availability to answer any questions or concerns we had and we really enjoyed their place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Cathy and Chris, Thanks for your rental property last week. We had a very fun time at Crystal Cove and Sapphire Beach. We enjoyed the "regulars" by hanging out with them in the water and watching them play shuffle board. We also met other renters who were fun too. Diane and Jaqueline were great to talk to and provide goo restaurant recommendations. We look forward to a return visit.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

I just wanted to add to the below comment what a truly wonderful experience we had staying at the condo. Chris and Cathy were great, always prompt in responding to questions prior to leaving. The condo has everything you need, with the fully equipped kitchen etc...perfect for our family with small kids, we saved alot of money eating breakfest and lunch in everyday. Also, the unit is situated within steps of the beach. It's minutes from restaurants in Red Hook and the ferry terminal that takes you to St. John. Thanks again Chris and Cathy! Hi Chris & Cathy, Bill and I had a wonderful time while staying at your condo on Sapphire Beach. It was just perfect! We spent most of our time on the beach in front of the condo but did venture over to St. John for an afternoon and dinner our last night. I wish I could move to St. Thomas! Kind regards, MaryDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
