Perfect location within the Palm Desert Resort and Country Club. Unit looks out onto the 12th Tee Box and since it faces east, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun and your afternoon beverage in the comfort of the shade while you watch the golfers take their tee shots on this long Par 3.
The condo has a nice kitchen and a living area with a TV. There are also TV's in both bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed while there are 2 queen beds in the other. Additional twin mattress in each room for additional guests.
The golf course is an 18 hole par 72 course suitable for all levels of play -- complete with a driving range and a beautiful clubhouse with tee times available for everyone. There are also 14 lit tennis courts and a well stocked pro shop at the clubhouse.
Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi are just a short stroll across the street. There are a total of 21 pools in the Resort.
The clubhouse is in easy walking distance from the condo -- perfect for enjoying a nice dinner without having to worry about the drive home.
