If every thing goes perfectly it is easy to say great things but it is when there is a little problem that you find out how great a villa is. I can tell you that my little problem was taken care of in a couple hours. We went into the park and when we returned every thing was perfect. The home was comfortable, well decorated, and quiet. It was a fifteen minute ride from the driveway to a parking spot in EPCOT. I would return to spend another week next week if I could.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Peter and I stayed in this wonderful villa for two weeks and we enjoyed this big, clean villa with a nice swimming. It is so nice to sit at the pool in the evening enjoying a Budweiser after a long, warm day. This is the perfect villa if you want to have an awesome vacation, next to the big attractions Orlando has to offer. Even Miami is not far away. We stayed in a hotel on international drive last year and found it a bit cramped. This year we decided to try a villa - what a difference!! The villa was even better than the pictures suggested! and we had ample space and storage. We felt that Andy & Anne went beyond the call of duty to make our stay a pleasant one and the attention to detail was second to none, childrens story books, teddies, lots of towels!! (we have three children who lived in the pool!) Location was great, 10 mins from disney parks meant when it got too hot in the afternoon we could nip home for a dip in the pool and then go back in the early evening and stay on for fireworks etc. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone thinking of going to florida.

We arrived in november 2008 and stayed in the villa for two fantastic weeks. There were 6 in our party including two little ones and we found everything to be perfect. Andy and his family were so helpful and friendly we had no issues with the villa and would recommend it to anybody looking for the nicest accommodation in florida. We will be returning next year for three weeks. Really close to disney and hand on heart really didnt want to leave. Thankyou for such a fantastic holiday, will keep in touch. Instead of vacationing at a hotel, we stayed at a house with all the ammenities needed to make a family happy. A very well kept house with all appliances.

The house was great very clean and spacious and located in a very quiet area not far from Disney. The Hales vacation villa is truly a 'home away from home' - comfortable, convenient and plenty of room w/ every amenity that you could ever need, just like home! We love the layout, the master bedroom w/ private bath and garedn tub, the Pooh bedroom, the pool, the large living/rec room; the villa is in perfect location to attractions, shops, grocery, even the coast - close to both airports, easy to find. We have been here 6 times and plan on returning again. Thank You Andy & Ann - perfect!

Your home is lovely and very comfortable. The convenience to the Kingdoms was amazing. We really appreciated the ease and speed with which we could get to the park each day. Our family of 4 had a great stay in your villa. It was nice and spacious, very clean and well equipped. It was nice to have the washer and dryer available to us. We came home with no laundry!! The kids loved the pool. Very convenient to Disney and lots of restaurants. I even found a new Wal-Mart Supercenter less than 10 minutes away. Great Stay - thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay in Orlando. It was very nice to come home after a long day of theme parks and have a spacious house to relax in. Our children especially enjoyed having their own rooms while on vacation. We even managed to swim a few times despite to cooler temps. Everything was very accessible and our needs were met. We all had an enjoyable time. We would definitely do this again.

We recently returned from Florida. We loved our accommodations at the Hales villa rental. It was very spacious and comfortable. Having a "home" to go to in the evenings and mid day when visiting the theme parks was a great thing. We had a couple of late evening swims in the heated pool. What a treat. I would recommend this villa rental to everybody.

The villa was great! It is a great bargain compared to any hotels in the area. My kids loved the screened in pool and it let us take a break from the Disney Parks without having to leave the villa to find something to do. The full kitchen helped save money on food, expecially with a grocery store 5 min away. The only upgrade I would recommend is a larger, newer television.

The florida rental was very nice. We appreciated the toys and baby accessories. It was a big financial saving, to come back, eat lunch and take a break with swimming and then return to the parks. It was nice to be away from the crowds and be in our own space. I was shocked at how easy it was to find and how clean the home was. I will recommend this to family and friends.

SO CLOSE TO DISNEY YOU CAN ALMOST FEEL THE MAGIC FIVE MINUTES DRIVE TO MAIN GATE The villa has a screened pool, the garden is not fenced in. It over looks a lake but at times it dries out leaving pleasent open aspect. There is room at the side of the house to play ball if you wish. The villa has the use of cable t.v, video radio and CD player For the little one there is a cot and high chair. Just bring along your tooth brush everything else is provided. Linfields is a quite residential area just off the US highway 192 opposite orange lakes country club
