Enjoy the Niagara Escarpment's trails for skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Close to Intrawest Village at Blue, Wasaga Beach, Three Stage Mountain Bike Trails, etc. Quiet residential area is secluded yet nearby major routes to other Georgian Triangle attractions.

Owner Description
My husband John and I love to ski, bike, golf and hike. Collingwood is a perfect match for us because it offers access to all of these things. Many very good ski and golf clubs are nearby. Access to great road and mountain biking is at the door! Hiking the Niagara Escarpment is one of the best ways to enjoy fall colours. Hiking trails are available for all levels, and these are equally beautiful during the winter if a snowshoe trek is of interest!
Why the Owner Chose Collingwood
This beautiful century home on the outskirts of Collingwood appealed to us because it is in a quiet area, closer to the ski hills, yet the benefits of being on the town's trail system with bike access to downtown Collingwood! The Collingwood area has it all!......Great golf courses, gorgeous Georgian Bay, skiing, an eclectic collection of stores and restaurants in both downtown Collingwood and the Village at Blue, great hiking and biking.
