The condo was huge, clean, well-equipped, and pretty. There is no ocean view, but you have a nice view of the "quiet pool" and the grounds. We sat on the balcony every morning to have our breakfast and it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was nice and quiet - we slept great! The price was fantastic, a much better deal than the hotel's website. It's nice that you book this condo through the hotel though because we had peace of mind if anything went wrong (not that it did). Ron & Claire were great to deal with - they answered all of our emails promptly, even last minute ones the day before our trip. We had an awesome stay and would absolutely return to T&C and Ron & Claire's condo!

My husband and I rented this one bedroom for our fist time in Turks and Caicos. The suite was perfect for us. Large enough as to not trip over each other and allowing for one person to sleep while another does something else. The furniture was beautiful, and the bedding great. Even better was the fact that we got daily maid service, something I had never received in other condos. We loved being over the quiet pool area. That is, when other guests knew what that meant. A couple of times parents allowed their children to scream and frolic in the pool even though the management put up signs on either side of the pool that the parents could not help but see. The beach is breathtaking! The staff makes sure you have chairs and umbrellas. We even called and asked for a double umbrella because my husband burns easily. We were given a very large umbrella with ample shade! The staff always tried to make our stay very pleasant. The resort has snorkel equipment, Hobie Cats, bikes, and such for check out. I would very highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting Provo. It was just perfect for us.

The description was great, and the pricing was some of the best we've found. RWI is situated within a nice walk from shopping and many resaurants of different price ranges. The restaurant on site was also good. RWI is right on the beach, with a short sidewalk leading straight to the ocean. If your budget does not allow for a unit with an ocean view, this is the place to be. The gardens and quiet pool outside were beautiful and made for a very relaxing stay. The unit was clean and the service staff were very friendly. I would recommend this to anybody seeking a place to stay in the Turks and Caicos.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed staying in your condo. It was our second time at Royal West and everything was fantastic. The suite was beautiful. Hopefully we will be coming back next year. The only thing we missed was Mango Reef, we thought it was better than Pelican Bay.

This was our second trip to Royal West Indies from the UK. Its a great resort all round. The villa is nicely appointed and in a good corner position on the third floor. The location of the resort is excellent situated on Grace Bay, one of the best beaches in the world. The gardens,pools and bars are excellent and the staff very pleasant and relaxed. Overall we have traveled extensively around the globe ,Mauritius,Maldives.Far East etc but this place is our paradise and we will return for a third time sometime in the future.

This 1-BR corner unit condo was perfect for us! The condominium's location is ideal, right on Grace Bay. Even though it's in a fairly populated area, with very close proximity to numerous restaurants and shopping, the condo is very quiet and relaxing. We loved being on the top floor, looking down at the quiet pool. We spent a lot of time relaxing, reading, and eating on the patio. The lush greenery of the resort is superb; clearly, they take great care in keeping up with the landscaping. Ron and Claire have done a wonderful job decorating the condominium's interior, the pictures exactly reflect what it's like in reality. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I have enjoyed visits to the Turks and Caicos for over 10 years. During that time I have booked rooms at various resorts and Suite 635 at Royal West Indies was the most appealing of all. The suite is spacious both in square footage and it has vaulted ceilings, which believe me, you definitely appreciate!! I loved the third floor elevation which provides a great vantage point over the resort property and a terrific view from the wrap around deck. The upper corner location of the deck catches nice breezes and I’ve enjoyed many meals and tropical cocktails outside on the deck during my stay. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare snacks and meals, uncork a bottle (or two) and chill out. Ron and Claire were a delight to deal with and I will definitely return.

The condo was very comfortable and came to feel like home very quickly. The staff at the resort is friendly, and the grounds are wonderfully kept. The sunsets on the beach were stunning. We'll be returning to this island and won't hesitate for a second to reserve these accomodations again. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Thoroughly enjoyed the unit and the resort. Unit was as advertised and expected--always good to find truth in advertising. Excellent location on the beach. Found the quality of food and service at the Mango restaurant excellent--better value than some of the highly touted restaurants in the vicinity. Staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Look forward to returning to Turks and Caicos, and we would certainly rent this unit again!

This is a great unit at a great resort. Comfortable, clean, and updated. The staff at RWI is the best we've encountered in many years of travel in the islands. RWI is conveniently located on Grace Bay and a quick walk or ride to many restaurants and the new gracery store. Ron and Claire we're great to deal with in arranging our stay. Don't hesitate to book here if you're interested in a visit to T&C.

My wife and I spent 2 fantastic weeks in this 1 bedroom suite. It is very clean and well maintained. Very well equiped if you choose to prepare some or all of your meals in. Just a great location on third floor overlooking the resorts " quiet " pool. We love the corner setting with the wraparound deck with table and chairs. there is usually a very nice evening breeze that the corner setting takes full advantage of and being on the end of the building, it has many windows which makes for bright,open, and airy feel. We really cannot think of any cons with this property as evidenced by the fact we have stayed in this suite several times! There is an excellent restaurant on site, the " Mango Reef " with a great menu from breakfast to dinner. The waitstaff is outstanding, the service is excellent and the setting ,romantic and relaxing. RWI is on what many consider, to be the best stretch of beach on Grace Bay.The grounds are meticulously maintained by a dedicated staff of gardeners The beach/pool staff are great and there are Hobie cats for those who know how to use them, kayaks,noodles, snorkel gear. etc. RWI is close to many cafes and restaurants, souvenir shops and an new IGA market is just minutes up the road. The owners, Ron & Claire, are very gracious hosts and a pleasure to deal with. We will definately be returning to this resort and this 1 bedroom suite again and recommend this property wholeheartedly if you are looking to have a great island vacation and want to take some great memories home that will last a lifetime!

My husband and I were looking for a romantic getaway on a tropical island. We never visted the Turks and Caicos Islands, but were reading great reviews about the beaches and its natural beauty. Suite 635 surpassed our expectations! It was custom decorated in an island theme and was immaculate. The location was perfect. Although it was not an ocean front unit, it resides on the top floor over the serene pool waterfall. The resort has spectacular plantings which enhance the tropical feel. We would highly recommend booking this suite at Royal West Indies!

We have stayed at this property several years in the row and we are ready to go back again! The place is beautiful and tranquil. It’s nicely decorated, has a great view of the lush “quiet area” and pool and is only steps away from the beach. The property has all of the amenities one needs on the vacation which was especially helpful when traveling with little kids. The property, in general, is very well maintained and the beach is the best we have ever seen and we have traveled a lot! We have rented directly from owners and they were always extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Even when their unit wasn’t available for a couple of nights, they helped to arrange another unit until theirs became available. Overall, we keep returning to Provo every year, as this is the best place to relax and recharge one’s batteries! And I definitely recommend it to all of my friends and actually have a group of “regulars” that we meet there every year now.

We come to Provo every year and usually rent this unit. Claire and Ron are great hosts and keep their top floor unit in good condition for their guests. The resort has very nice grounds and is located directly on Grace Bay. We will be back.
