This quaint 3 bedroom 3 bath condo unit at Chapel Square is convenient to skiing, shopping, restaurants and all the Vail Valley has to offer. It is on the new Gondola Express bus route offering quick shuttle service to the ski resorts.
The unit is all on one level (approximately 1700 sq ft) and has a large King master bedroom with a spacious bathroom with a double vanity and a jetted tub as well as 2 other bedrooms with a Queen bed in one and 2 Twins in the other. There are TV's with DVD/VCR's in each bedroom and a new LCD TV in the living room. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room making it possible to sleep up to 8 in the unit comfortably. A Pack'n'Play and a Queen air mattress are also available in the unit.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and spices you will need to cook at home and there are 2 large tables to seat up to 10-12 for dinner. This has also been great in our family for playing games or doing puzzles in the evenings.
Chapel Square is on the Avon bus line that offers transportation to the Westin gondola to Beaver Creek, the new riverfront area of Avon and transfers to Vail. The new Westin Gondola Express leaves from Chapel Square every 10 minutes in the mornings and afternoons. Vail is just a short 5-10 minute ride down I-70 as well. There are 5 restaurants in the Chapel Square building and the local grocery store- City Market is just across the street. It is walking distance to other local restaurants, bakeries, shops, banks and a walk-in medical clinic.
There is underground parking available as well as a ski locker for the unit. The building has multiple elevators and luggage carts to assist with your luggage and easy access to the unit. The unit has it's own washer and dryer. There is a shared workout room as well as hot tub and steam room. These are both accessible with your unit key. The unit is recently painted and updated with the addition of ceiling fans in all bedrooms and new carpet

Went up for a girls weekend. Awesome condo. With 3 bed/3bath we had plenty of room. The family room and kitchen area are very large as well. Very nicely decorated (probably the best I have ever seen) and very clean. The kitchen has all the supplies you could need. In the center of a small complex with shops. We had a great time and would definately go back. I would also recommend this to a friend or relative if theywere headed up that way!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for our annual girls weekend getaway and what a surprise when we walked into the condo! It was luxurious, comfortable and cozy. The condo is stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. We made gourmet meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked in the pantry and the refrigerator. We knew right away that the owner takes pride in her home, as the small touches and ambiance were evident (lots of candles, DVD collection, reference material about surrounding area, etc.). We have been going on girls weekends for 6 years, and this was the best one yet, largely due to this condo and the location. We would absolutely love to stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I have been to this place several times and it is awesome and I will be going back again!!! Well decorated, great amenities, spacious, 3 bedroom. This condo was a GREAT place to stay. It was super easy to ski Beaver Creek from the location, and we loved being able to walk to the grocery store and also to pick up our equipment rentals. The condo was beautiful and spacious inside and is equipped with everything you might need. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and I am sure I will work with her again. Everyone who stayed here with me was ooing and aahing over the place the entire time. Before choosing this place our biggest hesitation was the location, but next time we will choose it because of its location. We will all recommend it to family and friends in the future - including when we are all there for my wedding this summer!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I recently had the chance to stay here for a weekend trip to view the beautiful autumn colors and enjoy Oktoberfest. The condo had everything we needed and then some for a very comfortable stay. We found it to be very clean and have some nicer finishes than some of the other places we had stayed. The location was great and has bus service to Vail as well as other places in the Valley if you don't feel like driving (or want to do some drinking!). A nice bonus for us was the restaurants located on the main floor of the building. We did do some cooking though, and I was appreciative that the condo was well stocked with all the basics including lot's of seasonings and nice pans. It irks me when I have to go out and buy salt, sugar, flour, coffee, etc for just a few night's stay. There is plenty to do in the Vail Valley and lot's of family friendly activities. If you make it to Vail and want a low key lunch try Vendettas Pizzaria. We were very happy with our stay, finding it very peaceful. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This place is wonderful. We were looking for something that was convenient to Beaver Creek and the surrounding areas. We especially loved all the decorative touches and you can tell a lot of attention has been put into making it very comfortable. You will also enjoy working with the owner Nancy, she's very knowledgeable about the area. About the owner: My family is all from Colorado and I moved to Denver 16 years ago to enjoy all the mountains have to offer after years of visiting to ski. It has been a lifelong dream to own a property in the Vail Valley and I just made that happen last year with the condo at Chapel Square. I am an avid skier and have enjoyed having such a convenient place to stay while in the mountains.
Why the Owner Chose Avon:
I found Chapel Square to be an affordable but very convenient location for skiing in both Vail and Beaver Creek as well as to access lots of the summer activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Chapel Square is very convenient to the highway, shopping including City Market grocery store, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Home Depot, lots of local restaurants(5 are actually in the Chapel Square building), the rodeo grounds, rafting etc
