This is a premier, adult community sometimes better known as "DISNEY WORLD FOR ADULTS" . The Villages is best known for it's on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in The Villages two Town Squares seven nights a week/365 days a year. Everything you can think of or need is accessible by golf cart including over 85 restaurants. You're just 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, 60 miles from Daytona, and 45 miles from Orlando.
Nicely decorated, fully furnished, two bedroom, two bath, home with nearly 1200 square feet of living space, screened lanai, and a one and one half car garage. It is located across from the Nancy Lopez Country Club (27 championship holes) and two executive golf courses adjacent to it. The Nancy Lopez Restaurant is annually voted one of the top restaurants in The Villages.
The optional Resident Pass ($50) will allow you to play the executive courses for free and a reduced rate on the championship courses. This pass will also give you access to all resident only recreations centers, Katie Belles/The CattleBarron restaurants, and reduced rates at the movie theaters.
