Ground floor unit, beachfront Maui vacation condo rental, featuring spectacular panoramic ocean views. Elegantly decorated with fine touches of Hawaiiana, air-conditioned, one bedroom vacation condo rental provides our guests full amenities, while being located in an intimate beachfront setting. Recent remodeling and reflooring: All tile and wood flooring throughout with wooden floors in bedroom & living room. (There is no carpet in the unit.)
From your private lanai you'll enjoy the oceanfront view stretching from Wailea to Ma'alaea. You will marvel at the humpback whales breeching close by from December through March. You may also see pods of dolphins throughout the year. Take a morning walk along miles of pristine, white sandy beaches or spend the whole day soaking up the sun; snorkeling with green sea turtles, kayaking or windsurfing while still being able to run right inside for a snack! The beachfront swimming pool is also a popular amenity, just steps out the door of our ground floor vacation condo rental.
Our Maui condo is part of the Kealia Resort on Sugar Beach. A unique design features a spacious, oceanfront bedroom with king-size bed and cozy alcove. We also provide a comfortable sofa sleeper, and 2 floor futons giving our condominium flexibility for families or groups up to four. We have decorated our Kealia condo with celebrated local art and furniture, accenting the romance and beauty of Maui for honeymooners, long-time vacationers and visiting families.

So sad to be leaving today. We had a fabulous time here in Maui at Kealia unit 103. We expected good and we got exceptional! The humpback whales put on a show everyday- even in the rain! Our trip to Maui and our stay here has been the BEST! We needed to relax and unwind and did we ever! Met many wonderful people here at the resort and their guidance helped us enjoy our visit even more. Morning coffee by the water,afternoon swims and evening barbeques...what more could you ask for? How about snorkling amongst colorful fish, an amazing drive down the "road to Hana", a trip to facinating Molokini and taking in a traditional Luau! And our home away from home was "Kealia 103". We had a lovely stay at your condo. WE absolutely love it here. This was our forst time to Hawaii but it will not be our last. We have returned to Sugar Beach after our first trip 11 years ago. This condo and beach is true paradise! We enjoyed breakfast and Kona coffee each morning on our lanai (patio)- watching the boats and weather, greeting the friendly residents. We explored the island, but our home here was always best to return to. This is our first trip to Paradise and it really is beautiful! It was nice to escape our busy lives and unwind. This is the perfect quiet location. The other guests are so kind. About the owner: Aloha! I'm Monica Riker and have lived on Maui since 1978. Currently I am a Home Mortgage Consultant and a member of the Leaders Club with Wells Fargo. I live in the rural north shore area of Maui, about a 40 minute drive from the condo.
Why the Owner Chose Kealia Resort:
The beachfront and ground floor location of this particular unit made it very appealing. I was also attracted to the cute alcove in the bedroom which made the unit unique and allowed a little extra space for families. I was interested in Kealia Resort because the location is wonderful. It's right on Sugar Beach which is a long sandy beach, great for taking sunset or morning walks! It's at the north end of Kihei, which makes it centrally located - a few minutes into Kihei town, but also close to Kahlui and Wailuku. It's a great spot for a Maui vacation, while not being a top-dollar resort which allows me to rent it to real people. I love being able to contribute to an excellent vacation experience.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Because you're right on the ground floor, the beach is just steps away. We recently upgraded the flooring throughout the unit, removing all the carpeting, which makes it cool and clean. Rather than going for budget, I went for comfort and quality. The decor and furniture are unique - I decorated it so I would love to be a guest. Including a bed that will make you sleep like a baby, the Air Back Support King Size Bed.
