Play 27 holes of championship golf on the beautiful Azinger/Lewis designed golf course with a one time $200 transfer fee. At only $19 per round, you can afford to play every day if you so desire. There are five sets of tees allow all levels of play. If tennis is your game, there are 7 lighted Soft-Surface tennis courts. Golf and tennis lessons are available from the club professionals if you wish.
At the fully equipped fitness center you can work out on your own, join one of the many classes, or relax with one of the spa services. Dine in one of three restaurants--the main dining room or the grill room in the 27,000 sq. ft. clubhouse or at the Chickee Hut at the main resort pool. Enjoy dinner with your friends or a drink at the bar, play a friendly game of cards or billiards or relax in the sauna in the beautiful clubhouse. Year Purchased: 2009
We are the McNamara's of Guilford, CT. We purchased the Verandas unit Building 29 which overlooks the twelfth fairway and will be completed in 11/09. We fell in love with Heritage Bay because it has exactly the amenities we enjoy. Lots of open space, a great fitness center, lighted tennis courts, great golf courses that cater to all levels of golf and many trails for walking and biking. Getting away from the harsh CT winters with a convenient flight to the wonderful Naples climate is something we are looking forward to.
Why the Owner Chose Heritage Bay
We purchased this unit because we have busy schedules and children in school. Our time to vacation is limited so Naples and Heritage Bay allow us to get a direct flight from a number of airports and with a 20 minute drive to the condo we transform busy lives into a relaxing enjoyable family vacation in a wonderful place. In about 5 hours door-to-door we can leave the cold climate of CT and arrive at Heritage Bay with its pleasant temperatures and beautiful surroundings.
