4 bedroom and 4 bath located just below the mid-burke lodge on the condo connector ski trail and Parrs Yard mountain biking trail. You can see the location on the Burke Mountain ski trail map -we are the highest condo on the mountain with the most spectacular views of Willoughby Gap. Our condo is 3 levels with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the top and bottom levels with the kitchen, dining and living areas on the middle level. There are also covered decks and woodstoves. We have cable TV, DVD player, local telephone and our condo is fully furnished including linens, towels, coffee maker and microwave.
We are the only condo for large groups and we offer multi night and multi unit rental discounts. We have other units available, please contact us for details.

Why the Owner Chose East Burke
East Burke has the best snowmobiling and family friendly skiing in New England. It is also home to kingdom trails, the largest mountain biking trail system east of the Mississippi. The same trails are cross country trails in the winter. And then there's Lake Willowby, dubbed the Lake Geneva of the US. So much to do all year long. we love it.

Rented for one week: 8 people. Filthy entryway. Sliding door middle floor won't lock & dirty glass. Not enought towels, soap, toliet paper or hangers for one week. Property MGR. brought more. Bulbs out; Fire alarm chirping. Lamp in basement room is a hazard; towel bar missing. Chair Broken in living room. The beds were very comfortable & the view was awesome. The pictures were not the same but owner has 4 identical units. OWNER needs to make improvements for a little money--go to the dollar store and buy plastic hangers (we found mish mash of wire ones) paint the walls, find a new cleaning service.
Owner response:We did respond right away to all requests and we compensated financially. We do have 5 condos that are rented out all summer and this was the only complaint we've ever gotten, most folks love this place! At any rate, the condos have been completely redone. New Pictures to come soon!
