Sea Cabin 302 features many amenities including oceanfront views from the private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher!) that just begs for a Low country feast, cable television, VCR, laundry facilities (located in the pool house), community pool, access to the ONLY fishing pier on the island, as well as wireless internet (for additional fees). The only thing missing is you! Sorry, no pets or smoking.
Enjoy all that the Isle of Palms has to offer while staying in our one bedroom, one bathroom villa conveniently located on “Front Beach” just steps from shops, restaurants, the County Park, and of course, the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Year Purchased: 1987
We purchased Sea Cabin 302 about 2 years before Hurricane Hugo hit in September 1989. The ends of the Sea Cabins complex were totally destroyed by Hugo and the last 5 units on each end (all three floors) were rebuilt in 1990. The pier was the culprit as it was destroyed also and the timbers battered the ends of the Sea Cabins complex.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We have enjoyed the Sea Cabins and spent many happy hours in our boat investigating the barrier islands and the various inlets and bays. Great shrimping and fishing!
