The kitchen features a breakfast bar for those on the go, and we also have a formal dining room for traditional dinners and holiday gatherings. An attached 2 car garage will house your vehicles. The oceanfront deck is a fabulous sun spot and lounging area to listen to the ocean at night. This is an awesome location for a fully appointed villa at a COST LESS THAN A HOTEL ROOM!! Directly across the highway are several restaurants, gym, hardware, fresh produce, health food, and Dollar General store. Indialantic boardwalk is a 5 minute stroll down the beach.
