Our home is located in Sabino Mountain. Located behind two separate gates, there is the ultimate privacy. As this was our personal home, it has everything for your comfort. The Master Suite is expansive, with over 1,000 square feet of personal space.
There is a huge master bath. The walk in shower has dual shower heads and a block glass window that allows in the morning light. The Master Tub is a jetted Jacuzzi tub. There are two sinks with a separate sit-down make-up counter. Two master closets: hers is huge with plenty of space for all your shoes and handbags. His is also very ample.
The Master Suite has a sitting area and gas fireplace, as well as it's own door to the outdoor patio. 8' windows look out on to magnificent sunsets and mountain views. The second bedroom is located next to a 3/4 bath. This bedroom has a king-sized bed and has fantastic city views and it's own walk-in closet.
The 3rd and 4th bedroom each have their own full bathrooms and walk-in closets and are located away from the Master bedroom. The 3rd bedroom also has a king sized bed and the 4th has two full beds.
The dining area has seating for 8 and there is a breakfast nook with seating for 4. The outdoor patio can accommodate seating for up to 12.
The main living area of the house has 14' ceilings, 10' windows and magnificent views. The great room has plush leather couches, a gas fireplace, surround sound, 48" TV with Satellite. There is also a Yamaha C3 Conservatory Grand piano ready for your playing.
The kitchen opens to the great room and is truly a cook's dream. With GM Monogram appliances, a dishwasher, chef's washer, warming drawers and expansive counters, whether you are cooking or catering there is room for everything. A breakfast bar seats three for great conversation and entertaining.
The media room is located at the opposite end of the house from the Master and has surround sound, it's own full bath, Connelly pool table and 48" TV with DVD and satellite. Sliding glass doors open to the outside cigar patio with fire pit table and chairs. There is a wet-bar with beer refrigerator.
The home sits on a ridge with ultimate privacy. There are no homes to the right, rear or front of the home. A three-car garage is ample for SUV's. There is a full laundry room with LG front loading washer and dryer.
Once weekly housekeeping is provided.
The yard is a luxurious retreat with a large salt-water, self-cleaning pool. A 14' waterfall flows down the hillside into the pool. A sundeck with kiva is an awesome evening meeting place to sit with a glass of wine while you enjoy the starry night. Hop into the bubbling hot-tub and enjoy the majestic mountain and city views. A grassy lawn is inviting. Enjoy the hammock or patio as you relax and enjoy the warm Tucson winters.
Everything you want, is right here. For business, there is full wi-fi connectivity, fax and printer. A UPS store is just a short drive away.

John and I built this home in 2004. We now live in Los Angeles and our Tucson home serves as a very relaxing retreat and vacation home. We love this house because of it's openness, luxurious master suite, fun game room. It's an awesome home to entertain and was designed to be comfortable for our family and friends. The yard is private and has a spectacular salt water pool, hot tub that overlooks the city views and a 14' waterfall. There's a hammock and tons of seating. There's also a fruit orchard. It's easy to relax in the peace of our home, sit outside and enjoy the amazing stars or relax in the pool. Every element of the home is luxurious and enjoyable.
