Excellent condo!

Our family recently gathered in SLC to celebrate a birthday shared among 4 generations. This condo was a perfect central gathering spot for all of us. In fact, it worked so well that we cancelled a dinner reservation and brought in take-out food instead; we decided it would be dumb to leave such a nice spot for a noisy restaurant. The kitchen is easy to use. There is plenty of space. We were able to have several little pockets of people having conversations. This would have been impossible in a hotel. I'm a walker, and I got up early and headed out. You're only blocks from the capital, with lots of hills to climb. In the other direction, I enjoyed a quick walk throughTemple Square and then down several blocks of Main Street, through the heart of SLC. Our family loved the condo and hope to return next year. Me? I'm inspired to freshen up the look of some of our home; this condo is so attractively furnished with lovely pieces, hardwood floors, and a clean, crisp look. We'll be back. (Only note is there is an outer flight of stairs up to the condo and of course, to the 2nd floor and basement levels. Be prepared for lugging groceries, luggage, etc.)

Our family of five so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. As described, it was a perfect location with a view at night that was incredible. Being so close to downtown and being able to quickly get to all attractions, restaurants and shops was great. The photos do capture the beauty of the condo. It was truly like walking into a model home; very clean and the main floor kitchen area and living room was incredible! A big thanks to the owner. I greatly appreciated the handling of the paperwork and communication process. I would recommend this condo for a stay in Salt Lake City!

This is a very clean, maintained, and comfortable property. Our family has stayed at several VRBO listing around the world and has become accustom to nice vacation rental properties. This property exceeded our expectations. The description and data provided regarding this property is accurate. The owners are very kind, responsive and helpful. Although our primary purpose for visiting the Salt Lake area was to indulge in skiing and snowboarding the many surrounding resorts, we also found time to hang out in the city too. This property is conveniently located to many downtown attractions, restaurants and other fun things. We caught a couple of Jazz games which is within easy walking distance. Visited the temple which is only a couple minute walk, and took in a comedy act at a club that was just a short taxi ride away. If you are looking for a comfortable fashionable place, in a great location, owned by good people, then this is your home away from home in Salt Lake City!

This condo was absolutely breath taking and so true to the photos posted. I loved the fact that this kitchen was so well stocked, organized and highly functionable. The view of the sun rising from the master bathroom was a morning gift. The decor was very warm and inviting. Location was perfect.....less than a 10 minute walk to Temple Square and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Owners were very helpful everystep of the way. Would highly recommend this condo for anyone.

We, a french family, had a great time and a pleasant stay in this house, in August, 2011. It was very clean and the house is spacious and very comfortable and well located in downtown Salt Lake City. There is a beautiful view on Salt Lake City. The children (2 and 4 years old) were happy to find toys in cupboards. We will rent this property again

My husband and two older kids stayed at this property for am impromptu long weekend to watch the end stages of the Tour of Utah. The kitchen is truly fabulous - with everthing needed right at your fingertips. The bedrooms and bathrooms are similarly well-appointed and comfortable. Everything is "model home" clean. The high end speakers for music and iPod play, and the calm comfort of the living/dining space caused us to forego TV (though there was a nice one) for the duration and read/ talk. The home even has a sauna. Location? Perfect! 3 blocks from Capitol and Temple, The owner's restaurant tips were great, as well. I highly recommend this property and hope to return for next year's Tour.

Five adults from Arizona, Wisconsin & California stayed at this great townhome practically next door to the Temple Square for a family wedding. We all had plenty of personal space and a beautiful kitchen and living area for entertaining our relatives. The den downstairs was a great get-away for the computer geek. Well-appointed bedrooms and wonderful views of the mountains make this a terrific place for many types of travelers. The owner was super-nice to work with and gave us restaurant and grocery store recommendations. I would highly recommend this property. One hundred times better than staying at a hotel!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for letting my wife and I use your house. It is a wonderful place perfectly located. We have been coming to Salt lake for the last 4 years and stayed in multiple different lodges/condos//townhouses etc, but yours is our favorite. You have done a great job decorating. I cannot tell how much I appreciate your fully equipped kitchen. We hope to get in one more trip this season.

Having lived in SLC before, I knew I wanted to rent downtown. While downtown SLC is not the most active downtown, there are more than enough places to occupy one's interest for a week long stay. Perhaps more than a week if you are limited to the evenings spending your days in the mountains. Renting a place near downtown is the way to go. The main floor was great. Open kitchen, dining and living area with a 2 sided fireplace between the kitchen and living area. Our group loved sitting there with the fireplace on.
