We purchased the condo in 2003 and we have enjoyed using the property as an escape from Charlotte. We use the condo often and enjoy all of the activities that Myrtle Beach offers. We like exercising on the beach and eating at the many restaurants that Myrtle Beach offers.

We visited the third week of July and had a great time. The unit was a perfect size for us (family of 5) and could have handled more comfortably. Well stocked kitchen if you are inclined to do some cooking. A great view of the Ocean. The building elevators left much to be desired - one entire bank of them shut down for the month of July - why they chose the peak season to refurbish is beyond comprehension. But the unit, its location, and the overall property were great.

We vacationed Labor Day week with our sister and brother-in-law. The condo was very nice and there are great views of the ocean. The owners were most accomodating and very pleasant to work with. Even though we had to cut our vacation short due to a family emergency, we enjoyed our time there and like the area very much. We will definitely consider staying at this condo again.

We recently stayed(July 23-30, 2005)at your condo at SeaWatch and were very pleased with our experience there. There were seven adults and one baby, spanning four generations, and the accomodations made it very comfortable for all of us. We enjoyed not having to lug alot of the necessities, having so much available on-site. Having many of the Myrtle Beach area attractions so close by made it easy to see more of what it has to offer. And the weather really cooperated for us. Even though it was the hottest weather there for the past three years and broke some long standing records for the area, having your place to stay with all the water activities available, including the ocean, even as hot as it was, we were able to stay cool. We were able to witness our grandson's first experience of the ocean, and he loved it. It was a vacation we will remember. We will definitely consider vacationing with you again. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful 2004 Easter week rental in this condo. The Condo had lots of room to stretch out with the 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen, dining and living room. The View was fantastic, with a full moon gleaming over the ocean at night and glorious sunrises in the morning. What a tranquil setting for just sitting out side on the wrap around balcony to sip some wine or read a good book. As a frequent renter over the years in many localities in N.C. and S.C., this Condo has to have been one of the best. Some of the extras of this Condo that are not mentioned in the general description is the extremely comfortable pillow top master bed. What a great night of sleep my husband and I had! And the electronic code key lock. With having a child who constantly forgot something it was great that he could go up himself and be able to unlock the Condo and retrieve the items without us as parents interuptting our book, hot tubbing or beach combing. Those are two "little" extras that were "BIG" to us and that are truly to be appreciated as a vacation renter!

We enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo is in an excellent location and has all the amenities you could possibly want. Good proximity to restaurants, stores and Myrtle Beach attractions. A good time was had by all! The rental process was very easy. The owners kept us informed, and followed through as promised. We will return!
