Whether you stay here as a "Winter Texan" or a weekend visitor you'll immediately feel the charm of this splendid, newly constructed vacation home. "3's Charm" is set on a hillside overlooking Canyon Lake, in a friendly Texas hill country neighborhood. The Master Suite is on the top floor, with an inviting King size bed, its own balcony, large walk-in closet, and luxurious bathroom with spa tub, two separate sink areas, separate toilet room, and large shower.
The Living Room, Dining area, Kitchen, Library, two Bedrooms and a full Bathroom are located on the second floor. One bedroom has a Queen size bed (sleeps up to 2 persons), the other bedroom has a Bunk bed with a Double mattress on the lower bunk, and two Twin mattresses on the upper bunk (sleeps up to 4 persons). The Library off the Living Room has a Queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 2 persons). There is also a balcony with patio table (seats 6) off the Living Room. Large picture windows give captivating views of the lake and hill country from the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining area.
The ground floor has a welcoming entrance Foyer with seating and tables, a Laundry Room with full-size front-loading Washer and Dryer, and a separate Half-Bathroom (toilet and lavatory). The garage accommodates two vehicles.
The furnishings throughout are Hill Country Elegant: comfortable and classy. The feel of the whole place is very welcoming and charming from the moment you step inside!

Why the Owner Chose Canyon Lake
While on vacation in Texas we visited a luxurious new home in the Lake Forest subdivision and we were charmed by the gorgeous views of Canyon Lake and the surrounding hills. After looking at many other properties in the area, we eventually came back to this home and bought it. Over the next few months we decorated it with beautiful furniture to make it elegantly comfortable and inviting. We enjoy staying there when we get the opportunity, and we are now offering this charming home for rental to "Winter Texans" and other vacationers who appreciate the charm and convenient location of this area while staying in ambience "above the ordinary."
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home is located on the hillside in the Canyon Lake Forest subdivision on the favored south shore of Canyon Lake, just one mile from Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club and also just one mile from Comal Park, the favorite public lakeside park on Canyon Lake. Homes in this subdivision share a well-maintained private pool, playground and picnic area, with a large clubhouse available for rental for large gatherings. Operational public boat launching ramps on Canyon Lake are just a few minutes away. Tubing and kayaking on the Guadalupe River are available in Sattler about ten minutes away. Pontoon boats, ski boats and wave runner rentals are available at Crane's Mill Marina just six miles away. Historic Gruene and New Braunfels with great restaurants and the famous Schlitterbahn water park are about twenty minutes away. Within just over an hour's drive are lots of interesting places like Fredericksburg with the Nimitz Museum and the "Pink Dome" Enchanted Rocks, "Luchenbach Texas", the LBJ Ranch, and several Texas wineries. It's easy to get here too. The home is a 45-minute drive from San Antonio International Airport, and just over an hour from Austin, and about three and a half hours' drive from Houston.

Called "The best waterpark on planet Earth!" Miles of tube chutes, endless rivers, uphill water coasters, waves for surfing, splashing, and relaxing, and kid-friendly water playgrounds. About 25 min.
