Our fully-equipped home is located in beautiful Cape Coral, Southwest Florida on the Rubicon Canal. It is near Fort Myers and is a short drive to Sanibel and Captiva.
It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool. The home was built in 2002 and has been newly furnished and updated with new paint and tropical decor. Each bedroom has luxurious memory foam beds, 100% modal linens and an LCD HDTV with digital cable.
The home is over 1700 square feet with tile throughout. High ceilings add to the spacious feeling of the home.
The Master bedroom offers a King sized bed, 32" LCD TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and private linen closet.
The Second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, generous closet, dresser and 32" LCD TV.
The Third bedroom offers (2) Twin sized beds, generous closet and LCD TV/DVD Combo.
The Family Room features a comfortable love seat and queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a 47" LCD HDTV with a DVD player and surround sound. Bring your iPod as the sound system has an iPod connection. There is a Playstation II with plenty of games. An extensive selection of DVDs is also available. Bring your laptop as there is free high-speed wireless internet. A printer is available for your use.
The large lanai offers outside dining and a Gas BBQ grill. The pool is solar heated and offers four lounge chairs, premium pool floats and toys. The dock offers yet another outside dining area. vacationhomeincapecoral com

We visited Cape Coral a year ago and fell in love with the area! It is a laid back area and a place where we'd like to retire to someday. We enjoy boating and can't wait to explore the 400 miles of canals that Cape Coral has to offer!

You'll enjoy staying at a home instead of a hotel room. You'll have everything you would have at your own home. You'll sleep well on the memory foam beds. No sharing the pool with other guests, no loud noises up/down the hall of a hotel. You can fish off the dock or rent a boat for fishing/cruising. You can prepare all of your meals or dine out at the numerous restaurants the area offers.

We are from St. Louis, MO. We love the Cape Coral area, and we enjoy sharing our home with guests so they can enjoy a taste of Cape Coral. This is a real home and looks just like the pictures shown. There is nobody living in the home. We have a management company that visits/maintains the property weekly. You can call us in St. Louis anytime or call our management company located in Cape Coral.
