Relax with your coffee and enjoy the sunrise or have a romantic dinner while watching an amazing Gulf of Mexico sunset.
This condo is furnished with cozy comfortable furniture, king size beds with high quality bed linens in both bedrooms. Both full-sized bathrooms are furnished with high quality Egyptian cotton linens. The Gulf front bedroom has a 32" LCD Flat Screen HDTV, with DVD player and its own private bath. The secondary bedroom also has 32" LCD Flat Screen HDTV, with DVD player. The second bathroom is accessible from this bedroom as well as the foyer area.

Located on the west end of the beach, Tropic Winds is away from the majority of traffic congestion but still only minutes away from all attractions such as Pier Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island, and many restaurants. Tropic Winds offers the best of both worlds privacy and convenience.
Distance to Major Attractions: Pier Park (2.25 miles), Panama City's newest and largest entertainment destination with shopping, multiple restaurants, movie theatre, and games for the kids. Gulf World (3 miles), providing hours of family entertainment with live animal shows, live animal exhibits, lunch options, and gift shop. Frank Brown Recreational Park (2.5 miles), Panama City's host for many sports tournaments as well as festivals and exhibits.

Why the Owner Chose Tropic Winds
We chose Tropic Winds for one reason. Location. You are only minutes away from all the family attractions, restaurants, and Pier Park(shopping). This condominium is located 1.25 miles west of Hwy 79, which makes it very convenient to Panama City's new International Airport(opens spring 2010). Also, Tropic Winds is a predominantly owner occupied and far less crowded than other Condos. You get the best of both worlds: Convenience and Privacy.
