Four mature fruit bearing citrus trees will supply you hand squeezed Tangerine or Grapefruit juice daily. Watch sunrise or sunset from indoor Sunroom surrounded with glass, screened-in Lanai or from the Hammock on the Lake point. You will see each day a multitude of bird species including Herons, Bald Eagles, Egrets, Owls, Ospreys, ducks, etc. Location has no direct neighbors on either side and private.

Some of the best Bass, Crappie and Striped Bass fishing in the country on Lake Eustis and you can catch them right from our dock. Drive less than 40 min to Orlando attractions or Silver Springs or Ocala National Forest. Drive 1.5 hours to Busch Gardens in Tampa.
