This is a lovely fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a large florida room and an eat-in kitchen. Covered driveway connects house to separate laundry room/storage space. There is a heated pool right outside of the Florida room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has sofa/converter, bathroom and a closet. Spacious living/dining room has lether furniture:couch, loveseat and a chair. There is a 27" TV with DVD, there is another TV set is in Florida room. The large dining room table has seating for 4, but more chairs could be added. House was fully renovated & furnished couple of years ago. This house is located in tranquil a 55+ active adult community with newly renovated clubhouse and 9 heated pools right off Lake Ida Road. Close to everything - about 10 minutes drive to the beaches and Atlantic Avenue with a lot of sidewalk cafes, bars, restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, museums, boutiques & shopping for all tastes, and plenty of night life. There is something for everyone.
