Why the Owner Chose Scottsdale Mountain
Our first home we purchased was in Chandler, Az. We found that we spent the majority of our time in Scottsdale, so decided to make the move there. We love North Scottsdale and Kierland as well as Old Town and the new Waterfront and wanted to be central to both, which is why we chose our current location. It was also important to us to be part of a smaller upscale gated community with views of Camelback Mountain. We can be just about anywhere in Scottsdale in 10-15 min, something that is very important to us when on vacation for limited time. As much of a pain as it is to move, we are so happy with our decision and have never regretted it for one moment.

We purchased this home approximately 5 years ago to escape from the constant winter rain of our main residence in Seattle. When we get a chance to escape, this is where we head with our friends and family for a quick getaway. We love Scottsdale for so many reasons. The Golf, Hiking, Shopping, Fine Dining, Biking, incredible Spas and Sporting Events, but most off all, the reliable warm sunny weather.

Three couples from different corners of America met and stayed at this perfect home. I can not say enough about this home. We have been telling all of our family and friends about it since we returned late October. Perfect for three couples since each bedroom has it's own bath. The home is appointed perfectly with everything you need. The pool, yard, fire pit and view are exquisite!!!!! Furnishings down to the towels are plush! The master bathroom was almost the size of my home bedroom. We feel this was truly a luck out finding this home for our get a way. We will go again and can't wait!!!!!!!!
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
