The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I enjoy the privacy and quietness it affords me as it is a corner, top floor (3rd) unit with sweeping view of golf course from Lanai and palm trees surrounding unit and viewed from each window. It is centrally located; can walk to stores/restaurants and short drive to beach or downtown Naples. I am the 7th cousin to buy in this complex as my family has it enjoyed living/vacationing here for a number of years. It's fun at the pool and clubhouse, nice neighbors who respect one's privacy and other recreation i.e., tennis and golf are conveniently located on premises.
