Since we are fairly active, we enjoy the Gulf Coast. Whether you like running, biking, or swimming, or just being outdoors, this location offers enough variety for everyone.
Why the Owner Chose Sand Key
After seven years of enjoying the sun, food, beaches, sunsets, and sporting events, we decided to buy a place on Gulf Blvd. Our criteria was simple. It had to be on the Gulf, right on the beach. It had to have unobstructed sunsets, hear the waves at night, and see dolphins. With a view of the intracoastal waters and a twelfth floor view of the Gulf, this suite met all of these.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
While Sand Key is uniquely positioned near shops, restaurants, grocery stores, cultural and sporting events and activities, it is also quietly secluded. And with the on-site amenities, it is easy to relax.

The description, pictures, and conversations with the owner don't do this place justice. The views, amenities, and the layout were better than expected. We had a great time. The sunsets and view from the balcony were well phenominal.
