Spectacular views of Lake Union, Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains from the luxurious bed, beautiful bathroom or direct from the outdoor deck. Light breakfast included, and time with hostess and her son, for all the ideas we can muster for how to spend your time while in Seattle. Peruse the libraries throughout the house for a good book, meditate in the the back garden for a while, or challenge us to a game of ping pong in the refinished basement.

Why the Owner Chose Capitol Hill
We have made some consolidations in our current household and are looking to welcome guests into our home for short-term stays in a beautiful top floor guest suite. The house is too big not to have others enjoy it!
The Unique Benefits of this House
The views of Seattle from this top floor guest suite are spectacular. There is an outside deck off of the bedroom with couches, chairs, an outdoor refrigerator and speakers for the independent sound system. It's a total retreat in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Can't think of a better way to enjoy Seattle when you're in town for a few days.
