We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80.
The ski bus shuttle picks up for Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude just inside the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon - about 300 yards away.

The most convenient way to ski Salt Lake! The Super Pass allows you to ski a different resort every day during your Salt Lake stay. It's an easy to use card that can be redeemed for an all-day lift ticket to Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, or Solitude, PLUS round-trip travel on UTA city buses, ski buses, and TRAX light-rail. Save time, money and ski where you want, when you want. The card can be activated for one to six days of skiing or riding and is valid for a seven day period. Why the Owner Chose Cottonwood Heights
Location! This complex has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well.

We own two units at the Canyon Racquet Club condominiums (VRBO #138692 4 bed 4 bath & #324276 2 bed bath) and manage this unit for another owner. We take great pride in making sure our guests are happy! We love Utah and all it has to offer!

Awesome, wonderful and perfect would describe this condo! Jennifer was amazing when it came to being responsive to our every question and need. Knowing that she was local and would be on site should we need assistance was one of the factors when choosing a place to spend the Christmas holidays with our family. The only surprise we experienced was how lovely and exquisite the holiday decorations were…the tree was large, stunning and tastefully decorated. The huge wreath and poinsettias scattered around the condo really set the holiday spirit in place for us. Everything listed for this condo was there. The kitchen was very well equipped, the living area spacious, 2 separate tables for dining, an awesome hot tub and sauna. (Photos were very accurate) The condo is definitely multi-leveled with the 3 bedrooms each on their own level with kitchen and dining/living area on yet two other levels with the sauna/boot room and garage on separate levels. Worked great for our active/very fit family, and we loved our stay. Skiing is close by as was the grocery store. We would highly recommend this property. Steps made the condo seem very large, and we loved how our family could spread out. If you don't mind steps...this is the place for you. We loved our stay...if was perfect.

This is a great condo. We did a last minute deal with Jennifer. She took care of all of our needs. She was easy to work with. The condo is the perfect location for us. Close to skiing, shopping, restaurants, grocery store. Easy to get to . The listing description was accurate with everything looking just like the photos. The property was very clean. The garage was dirty and need a good power washing. Most of the bathrooms have been completely updated. We were concerned that all of the bedrooms were on separate floors because we have younger children (5 and 8). This was not a problem. The kids felt safe with only a few stairs separating us. They closed their bedroom door and pretended they had their appartment. If you don't like stairs, this is not the condo for you. It was nice to have the separation, but you definitely get a workout. We liked that all the bedrooms had their own TV's and bathrooms attached. It would be a perfect condo for 3 couples to share. The family room was a good size and there were plenty of table space for 12+ people to eat at. We would definitely stay here again.
