Hello Melanie. I really enjoyed my stay at you pale in Tucson. We especially enjoyed the great bed and the patio as well as the walks to the hotel everyday for coffee. I would like to rent the casita again for 3 weeks!

Melanie, We had a wonderful time in Tucson at your condo. It was just great - everything we needed in a very handy location. We rode through Saguaro National Park, up to Biosphere2, out to Colossal Cave, around the "boneyard" and on the Saturday morning "Shootout" ride. Over 600 miles in warm, sunny weather - AWESOME. Thanks so much. (Now we have to get used to this rain again) -natalie

Disapointment at Starr Pass

I am a frequent renter with VRBO and have stayed at other Starr Pass condos before and always enjoyed the other units. When we first arrived at this one the lock code box never worked nor was it fixed all week making it very difficult having to use only one key between two couple.. The place was very dirty when we arrived so we sent pictures to the owners showing them food left in the oven, coffee stains on the sheets and dirt and hair on the floor. The bathrooms were filthy. Towels were not clean. The floors were dusty everywhere. There was greasy food on the pans left in the oven. The iron, blender didn't work and they had no hair dryer, nor dish washing detergent. We informed them with emnails and pictures. Then after a month went by and they return our deposit less $90 saying we stained the dust ruffle and broke their blender. When we asked them to refund all the money they refused. I would not recommend staying at this unit there are plenty of other units at Starr Pass that are cleaner and will refund all of your deposit in a fair manner. P.S. It doesn't have a golf course view either.

Stayed here last year and was disappointed!! After following alll the rules and leaving the place clean, it took over a month, with multiple phone calls to get our deposit back. Were subjected to a Broken cabinet door in kitchen, front door lock very difficult to operate, and stark furnishings.
Owner response:The casita has been refurnished since your stay. This renter benefitted from rock bottom pricing to reflect that we were in the process of refurnishing. Please see current photos on site for accurate conditions of property. Security deposit was processed upon confirmation from our property manager that casita was intact.
