Cozy den with sofa bed (4th bedroom) leads to the back deck and boasts views of lush landscapes around you. Comfortable mattresses will give you a good nights sleep after a long day at the beach.

Fresh water in kitchen sink with Reverse Osmosis system, or fill up with gallons of fresh drinking water free of charge at nearby City Fire Station! Laundry room is located inside the house for easy access.

  • Linens Provided : bed sheets provided but not towels. Tenant agrees that all linens must be washed and dryed prior to checkout or an $85 linen fee is due. Place cleaned and dried linens on beds for cleaning staff to put back on beds for next arriving renters.

Half of the rental balance is required to secure the rental.
The remaining rental balance, sales tax of 11% of
the rental rate, a cleaning fee $75, and refundable $250 damage deposit are due 14
