This second-floor, Non-Smoking Condo at Bethany Bay Resort, is fully decorated (professionally) and has all the amendities of home in a beach setting. Three TV and VCR's along with DVD players in living room and master bedroom highlight the bright pastel yellow and blue rooms with color coordinated furniture and beach scenes. A King-size bed in the Master and two twins in the second bedroom along with a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeps six comfortably. Watch the sunrise from the front deck and watch it set in the screened-in back porch over the beautiful Indian River Bay.
Bethany Beach is four and a half miles east of Bethany Bay. Local shops and grocery stores are within three miles and many outlets are 25 minutes north on Route 1. Fenwick Island and Ocean City, Maryland is 25 minutes South. A real highlight is the nine hole executive golf course right on the premises.

This was our first time vacationing in Bethany Beach and we are now hooked. We usually go to Cape Cod or Rhode Island since they are closer to us but they don't compare to the Bethany Beach area. This place was so beautiful, accommodations are amazing, everything you could possibly need and more. Swimming pool was great, tennis courts, golf course even played ping pong. I have never been so relaxed on a vacation before even when the kids were fighting. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning reading with my cup of coffee. So close to many great restaurants and to Rehobeth and Ocean City. This will be our new yearly vacation spot for sure!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We usually vaction in NC so wanted something closer to home this year. When we found this place we thought it can't be as nice as the pictures...we were wrong! This is one of the nicest condos we ave ever stayed in. All of the condo's furniture and accessories were of the highest quality, the only thing missing was a blender. The property amenities had a liitle bit of everything for the entire family. With 2 teen aged boys, there was so much to keep them occupied. They loved the ping pong and golf! Thanks for a great vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo is in terrific condition and the owners very accomodating. There's a workout area in the complex, grocery shopping very close and the beach a few miles away. We'll be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We've just returned from our third year at this property, and it was as wonderful as we remembered. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with every need anticipated. Plenty of kitchen supplies and dinner ware, TVs in every room, and hi-speed internet, as well as beach chairs, tennis gear, and access to the fitness center and pool. Our family of four, including 9-year-old twins had a fantastic stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
