2004 built Stucco and tile home with three bedrooms and two baths in the main house with an attached casita (guest house) living/sleeping area, full bathroom and kitchenette at the front that creates a courtyard which access's both areas. Perfect for the older kids and extended family for their own privacy.
Pool/Spa, cool decking, rear landscaping and fence were install in 2006. Three car garage includes one stall that is 24' deep, and two stalls that are 30' feet deep so there is plenty of room for all the toys. Full kitchen and dining table that extends to accommodate ten people as well as four bar stools off the kitchen.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, private bath, dresser, nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, 32" TV with DVD and VHS. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, flat panel TV with DVD player and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has two (2) twin over full bunk beds, flat panel TV with DVD player and ceiling fan. The casita has a full size futon, private bath, kitchenette, flat panel TV, ceiling fan and foosball table.

The Unique Benefits at this House
It's just awesome to lounge around in the backyard by the pool or relax in the spa and watch the sun go down over the lake. The lake of course offers extensive opportunities to take up your free time and for the off-roaders there is almost limitless areas to take out the bikes and quads. My favorite is the exceptional golf available at several courses open to the public. The Refuge is a 7,083 yard, 180 hole Par 72 Arnold Palmer designed course. Just south, Parker has Emerald Canyon, a 18 hole Par 72 Links course.

Brenda and I live in Oregon most of the year with way too much precipitation and inclement weather. Oregon is great but it only has two seasons, Fall and Spring with mostly wet and not as wet days, so Havasu is 180 degrees from our first home. We are the proud parents of four beautiful children ranging from 22 down to 9 years old. I own my own business and my wife runs someone else's. We enjoy time with friends and family, and look forward to our time at our home in Havasu.
