A Privileged view location on the Amapas hillside. Over looking Vallarta, the pier, Los Muertos beach and the Cathedral. The main villa has over 9000 square feet of private living in a striking architectural environment decorated with the best from Mexican culture. Each bedroom in en-suite and has its own separate balcony for privacy and comfort. There is a very large walled deck area surrounding an equally large heated infinity pool offering some of the best views in all of Vallarta. The casa has a full time housekeeper and house man in addition it has a gardener and pool caretaker. The casa is conveniently located above the Los Muertos beach (south end of the city of Puerto Vallarta) for going to town but high enough on the Amapas hill to be a serene retreat. You will not be disappointed. Do to the heights of the casa, it not suitable for children under 10.

Year Purchased: 1995
We started going to Puerto Vallarta some 30 years ago and have seen it grow from a sleepy fishing village to town full of excellent restaurants, great shopping, and wonderful art galleries. The has always been a certain magic to the town and helpful people. Diverse, restful, and rewarding are the time we spend in PV.
Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone
The lot was selected for its fabulous views while still proximate to the town of Puerto Vallarta. The House was built from the ground up and took nearly 3 years. The American architect, Andy Sumners, who has built beautiful homes in PV, captured the spirit of Puerto Vallarta, took advantage of the fantastic vista, and created a totally comforting space.
