Our newly re-decorated, ground level, non-smoking villa/condo means no steps to the living quarters or bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and attached bath which includes a garden tub and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and additional linens available to combine the twins into a king-size bed if desired. The second full-size bath has a tub and shower. Additional sleeping is possible on the queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa.
The recently updated kitchen has new appliances and all the equipment and utensils you need for eating at home. The dining table easily seats six or you can enjoy your meals on the back porch which provides some privacy and a distant view of the seventh hole of the Brigantine Golf Course. The spacious living room has cable TV, VCR, sleeper sofa, love seat, rocking chair, and wet bar.
Our villa is a one minute walk to the pool, lighted tennis courts, and gazebo which all overlook the lake where you can fish. It is a short stroll to the white sandy beach on the ocean and bike rentals are available to enjoy the miles of bike paths winding throughout the beautifully landscaped Shipyard Plantation. Evian itself is a low density, one of a kind villa complex with a European flair. The French chateau architecture of the villas which are in clusters of seven or eight with open spaces in between makes this a very special haven offering peaceful privacy.
