  We recently travelled to Costa Rica with our two adult children and rented this fabulous home. We were delighted with the accommodations; It was everything we expected and more. It was so comfortable that we felt at home immediately. It gave us lot of room to spread out which is very important when traveling with young adults. We had been to the Playa Conchal all inclusive hotel a few years ago and so we were familiar with the gated community, beautiful beach, majestic golf course and accompanying amenities. We were very happy with the location of the house on the golf course as it afforded a beautiful view but felt private at the same time. Many of the surrounding homes were a lot more exposed to passing golfers and guests entering the main lobby. The main lobby of the Westin was about a 3 minute walk where we could catch a shuttle to various parts of the resort. The Beach Club is stunning and the food was terrific and fairly priced. We also enjoyed the convenience of Room Service after a long day of travel or tours. We were lucky enough to enjoy a spectacular display of Fireworks that the Westin was setting off on our last night and the balcony had a perfect view. Melissa was the concierge for this property and helped us plan our vacation. She helped with transportation to and from the airport, grocery pickup, dinning at a nearby town and several tours. Everything was so well organized and was exactly as she portrayed. She is a terrific asset to this property. We enjoyed a Catamaran afternoon boating excursion, horseback riding and white water rafting and were very happy with all the excursions. My husband and son enjoyed a surfing lesson arranged with Alex Rabbit of Pointe BreaK Surf School(find him on beach outside Westin Gates) and is also highly recommended. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who was looking for class, comfort and relaxation all rolled into one home.

  This designer home we rented is located in a gated area called Reserva Playa Conchal. We found with this combination we had more than enough activities to keep one busy! Or if you wish just some quiet down time that was very easily accomplished by just hanging in the house and slipping downstairs to the pool to read a book or just watch the sunset! For those who like to golf you are situation on a fabulous golf course which my husband loved! Club house was a five minute walk away where he was able to leave his clubs. What more can one ask for. The house comes with a maid who now is our new friend! We hired her to cook a few local meals! Wow Eleanor is a great cook! For those who like to cooke we found a grocery store 20 minutes away which offers all one needs! For our busy days we ordered pizza! As we rented the house for a month we found food was no problem! Kitchen was grand................Nothing lacking except one corkscrew we broke! Pictures on the website reflect a true picture of the house. Property was clean and very well-maintained. Owners were wonderful to work with. No worries there. We cannot find one negative word to say about the house. You have to experience it! Club house was part of the package which offers more than one can ask for: A spa A gym with state of the art equipment Various group classed Two huge pools Eating area..........food was fabulous Wonderful beach Does one need anything more? The entire combination exceeded our expectations. Debbie
