Luxurious home in the private gated community of Reserva Conchal, Costa Rica’s most exclusive beach and golf community. Our Panorama home faces the 10th fairway on the Robert Trent Jones II, 18-hole golf course. In the distance are the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean lapping into one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches – Playa Conchal.
The spacious and private home is two levels, containing three full bedrooms, one studio bedroom (double bed), three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms comfortably sleeping eight people. The house has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, marble tile in the bathrooms, two master bedrooms with king beds, three large flat screen televisions, wireless internet, and many more amenities.
Relax and enjoy the sunset from the upper terrace, or watch golfers begin their back nine trek or finish on the picturesque 18th hole. Afterward, travel downstairs to the private custom built pool & spa, and deck surrounded by manicured landscaping, for a relaxing swim and barbeque overlooking the 10th Fairway. The home is fully furnished, and includes a wet bar, and billiards table downstairs near the swimming pool.
In addition to your own private pool, there are two other pools available. The resort’s hub of activity is the magnificent Beach Club steps from the white sandy beach of Playa Conchal. The club features a 60-meter pool, divided for lap swimming and family activities. There is a state of the art fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights. A fully staffed spa and wellness center is on site and comes complete with massage rooms, his and her saunas and whirlpools. In addition to the Beach Club swimming pool, a few meters from the house is the community infinity pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the golf course.
A variety of beach activities are offered including kayaks, and jet skis. Scuba and snorkeling trips, fishing excursions, canopy tours can also be arranged at the Rental Office.
A Concierge is provided by the owner to assit with excursions, restaurant recommendations, travel advice, and resort activities. She will also perform the check in and out, and be available to answer any questions about the house and resort.

This designer home we rented is located in a gated area called Reserva Playa Conchal. We found with this combination we had more than enough activities to keep one busy! Or if you wish just some quiet down time that was very easily accomplished by just hanging in the house and slipping downstairs to the pool to read a book or just watch the sunset! For those who like to golf you are situation on a fabulous golf course which my husband loved! Club house was a five minute walk away where he was able to leave his clubs. What more can one ask for. The house comes with a maid who now is our new friend! We hired her to cook a few local meals! Wow Eleanor is a great cook! For those who like to cooke we found a grocery store 20 minutes away which offers all one needs! For our busy days we ordered pizza! As we rented the house for a month we found food was no problem! Kitchen was grand................Nothing lacking except one corkscrew we broke! Pictures on the website reflect a true picture of the house. Property was clean and very well-maintained. Owners were wonderful to work with. No worries there. We cannot find one negative word to say about the house. You have to experience it! Club house was part of the package which offers more than one can ask for: A spa A gym with state of the art equipment Various group classed Two huge pools Eating area..........food was fabulous Wonderful beach Does one need anything more? The entire combination exceeded our expectations. Debbie
