This stunning contemporary home located on pristine Lake Gertrude is only five minutes from historic downtown Mount Dora. As the photos show, there are beautiful views of the lake from most rooms as well as the main level balcony and lower level patio. At 3600+ sq. ft. the living areas, kitchen and bedrooms offer a very spacious floor plan.
The home has been recently remodeled with designer furnishings and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large bar seating area. The main level living room has a stereo with I-pod docking station. There are LCD TVs in the master and twin bedrooms, and the kitchen. The lower level family room has a 5.1 home theatre system including a 60" plasma TV, DVR and Blu-ray/DVD player. The spacious master bedroom on the main level has a queen bed with his/her vanities and a distinctive shower with lake views.
The two lower level bedrooms each have their own baths. The lake view guest room has a queen bed; the other guest room has two twin beds.High speed wireless internet with a wireless printer is accessible from all rooms.
The lakefront covered deck houses a canoe and two kayaks for cruising around the lake. Two bicycles with baskets are available for an easy 10 minute ride into Mount Dora for dining, shopping and annual festivals. The attached double garage holds two cars with additional parking at the front entry.
Please note: We do not rent for less than a week, or for less than $2100 for any part of a week, so please do not make inquiries asking for such. The designer furnishings are best appreciated and used my adults; we prefer no young children. Also, Lake Gertrude is a private lake. There is no public boat launch so you cannot use your power boat.
