Location: Village at Breckenridge, Peak 9, Breckenridge, Northwest, Colorado, USA (100 Mi (About 2 hrs Depending on Weather) to Denver Airport) View Map
Accommodations: Condo, Studio + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)
Keywords: Condominium
Our condo has the best location in all of Breckenridge. The lift is just a 2 minute walk from our lobby (such a plus when you are lugging all that heavy equipment!) And after a long day of skiing, who wants to go outside in the freezing cold and wait for a shuttle bus to pick you up and take you downtown for dinner? I personally don't want the hassle of driving in the snow and looking for a parking spot (Main Street can get pretty crowded!) When you stay at our condo you can walk a block to Main Street, where you can find all the restaurants, retail shops, equipment rentals and information booths.
If you don't want to leave the condo at all, you can sit in the hot tubs outside while the snowflakes fall all around you. You can swim in the indoor/outdoor heated pool, you can work out in the gym, use the sauna/steam room get a massage at the Blue Sage Spa, or just relax in our warm, cozy, comfortable condo.

Why the Owner Chose Village at Breckenridge
Breckenridge has so much to offer. For singles or married couples without children (as we were when we first purchased the condo) there are many great restaurants with very creative menus! There is nightlife in Breckenridge too! Lots of bars, music and a theater/arts district. You can do things other than ski-there is an ice skating rink, lots of cross country trails, dog sledding, sleigh rides, the "sledding hill", and those are just the winter activities! In the summer Breckenridge is always having some kind of festival! We have a great view of the farmers market from our living area window. The hiking is great and there is also mountain biking, golf and fishing. No matter what time of year it is, you will never be bored in Breckenridge! If you have children, the ski school is great! Kids can also play at the Mountain Top Museum (right next to our condo) or go check out the toys in the local toy store on Main Street (one of our children's favorite places!) The sledding hill is another must if you have children.

Owner's Map of Village at Breckenridge
My husband and I are pharmacists and live in Florida. We love the mountains and have been skiing for many years. I grew up in New England and learned how to ski as a young child. My husband grew up in Louisiana and never thought about skiing until he met me. I taught him how to ski and we spent our honeymoon in Steamboat Springs. We knew we wanted to buy a condo in the mountains and Breckenridge seemed like the best place. Very family friendly, small town feel, good quality restaurants and shops, and (best of all) the skiing is incredible! Lots of options for all levels of skiers. We have been trying to teach our young twins how to ski but it is not easy when you live in Florida! We hope to spend more time out in Breckenridge as they get older.
