  We had booked this condo for 3 full months .Unfortunately my husband suffered a serious condition and we had to return north after 5 weeks stay. The owner was able to re-rent for the entire period, on a weekly basis (which is more expensive) but felt that he could only rEfund less than half what we paid Our stay of 5 weeks cost us what others have paid for 3 mths !!!! The condo was in good condition and relatively clean though behind beds , behind bedside tables and under couches, blinds and cupboard doors,kitchen fan and silverware drawer did have to get thoroughly cleaned. It is a shame that our emergency enabled the owner to make a larger profit for the winter period........

  We traveled from La Porte Indiana to Jim and Denises condo. From the moment we walked in the door we new the week was going to be a great one. There was a welcome basket and bottle of wine and bowls of candy waiting for us. Jim also called us the next day to see how everything was. That made us feel right at home. The condo has everything you need. We ate breakfast and lunch everyday there but ate dinner out every night. The pool was great and the water was like bath water for the time of year. The beach was not crowded at all and just so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony with our coffee and we even saw some dolphins one morning out in the gulf. Indian Shores is one of our favorite places to visit and this condo. is by far one of the nicest. We like to try different places for vacations but when we return to Indian Shores we will for sure see if this condo is available. Thank You again Jim and Denise for such a lovely home away from home. The DeChantal Family

  It was our second trip from Germany to Florida and we spent more than two weeks in this beautiful condo. It was just a pleasure ! Even we were thousands of miles away from home we felt at home just as we went into it. This place is really great in every way. The location ist lovely and the equipment is perfect, you will miss absolutely nothing. A huge thank you to Jim and Denise who really take care of their condo and their tenants. We can just highly recommend this place to everbody who wants to have a perfect vacation in Florida !

  My family and I rented this condo in May. We just absolutly loved this place. Its a really nice decorated appartment with such a nice balcony. We sat there almost every evening, you have a perfect view over the ocean. Jim and Denise took care of everything, there was even a little welcome basket when we arrived. We had a great time at Redington Shores and the condo made the whole stay perfect. If we come back again we'll definitly try to get the condo again!

  Thank you to Jim and Denise for extending their hospitality and wonderful home to us. What an incredible stay. The balcony with its view and dining area were just perfect for us coming from the bitter cold of the midwest. The pool area and beach are only steps away What a treat! Anything you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible were provided. My daughter especially loved the holiday flair appointments throughout the condo. Very spacious and comfortably decorated. Dont pass up the oppourtunity to find a new home away from home. Close to anything and everything you would ever want to do in St Pete or Tampa. Thank you again! Will try and return soon.

  We just returned home to Missouri after staying at Jim's place at the San Remo! It was a picture perfect vacation and our accomodations were the best we have ever found on the Gulf Coast. It felt like "home on the beach"! It was a super place...although I hesitate saying too much because I want to be able to rent it again and I'm afraid that if too many find out about it, it will be on high demand!! Just kidding, Jim. You should always be busy and we hope for only the best tenants for you. Every morning and every evening we were out on this fabulous deck watching the sunrise and sunset. What a great way to start and end your days in paradise. Nothing is better than morning coffee and the sun coming up over the waterway...unless it's a glass of wine and the sun going down over the gulf... Pure relaxation. That is what we needed and that is what we found. In the condo, we found everything we needed from a noodle and towels for the pool and beach to dishsoap, spices and other amenities in the kitchen to laundry soap. It was great not to bring all of that with you. It really made a huge difference for us. We loved the master bedroom! Jim was a fantastic host and we WILL be back. I had a great visit with him over the phone. His genuine concern for our needs was great. It really made us feel like we were personally being looked after.

  My girlfriends from college and I get together annually. We do not know why it took us 10 years to find this place! Location, location, location! The rental has the most amazing views. It is just a short walk from the pool and beach. It is not too far from the Tampa and St. Pete airports. This rental also had the best price of anything I found. Jim and Denise are A+++++ hosts. They have thought of everything you would need during your stay so you are not spending your vacation at the store. The personal touches such as a gift basket and bowls of chocolate set this rental apart from the rest! This was the best reunion ever beacuse we were able to just relax and enjoy each other. It was a unanimous decision to come back here year after year!

  We traveled to the beach for 2 nights for 4th of July weekend and wanted a place in this building because we had friends staying here as well. I found this condo online and we were so thrilled with it! Everything is very clean and the decor is so beachy and welcoming. We loved the wine and goodies and our 2 kids loved the candy that was left in a bowl to welcome us. Like others have mentioned, the condo is stocked with everything you can imagine. You can tell the owners go to great lengths to ensure their guests enjoy staying here. All the little extra touches made it so nice to come back to. And again, the decor! Pool and beach are also wonderful. Even though we had lots of rain we enjoyed using both. I do wish the condo would fix and re-open the hot tub though, we missed that a lot! There is a bird sanctuary right next door - I went through for the first time, its free and great to kill some time with the kids. Also only a few minutes drive to Johns Pass. We ate at Delosa's pizza, which is one of our favorites. If you love pizza you must give it a try. Thank you very much to the owners for such a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back.

  We just stayed in this Condo this weekend to celebrate my little girls 2nd birthday and let me tell you we couldn't have asked for a better place!!! The Condo was just like being at home these owners have everything coverd! They even had a bottle of wine and snacks for us! as well as Popcicles in the freezer for the kids! this is a very Clean condo and facility!! This portion of the beach is perfect for kids aswell because it is not overcrowded!! We are planning to go back for Labor Day and maybe a quick trip in July!! The owner of this place is SO friendly and easy to work with!! THANKS SO MUCH Jim and Denise :)

  I have been home only 2 days and just want to go back. This condo was amazing and working with the owner was so easy. I have been going to the Gulf for 20 years and this was the best place I have stayed. The condo is so clean and supplies everything you could need. It is decorated just like a beach condo should be. It was wonderful. The ocean was so beautiful from the deck and we met some great people at the pool that were also staying in our building. The surrounding restaurants were great and eay to get to. I am checking my calender for next year.

  We absolutely LOVED this condo. It was AWESOME. We can't wait to go back. The pictures do show you the unit, but in person it's SO MUCH BETTER. The master bed has a KING bed which is SO comfortable. So many pillows and soft. LOVED IT. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed and the bed is so soft with a lot of pillows too. The sofa make into a QUEEN bed as well. The place is VERY clean and has a lot of extras. The owners provide you with towels, beach towels, beach chairs, toys for kids, playing card, soap for bathroom and dishes. Anything you think you need they have - amazing - even chip clips. The pool is awesome and it's nice that it's behind the condo - so if someone is in the pool late it does not bother you in the room. My husband and kids will definitely be back. The beach was wonderful - sun the whole time. The section on the beach is NOT overcrowded. Volleyball net on beach. Worth the price. LOVED IT.

  We just left yesterday and already are wishing we were back. We took my 3 daughters and from the minute that we arrived, my girls thought we were living in someone else's house..the fact that the condo was so homey, comfortable and accommodating are understatements. It was decorated so beachy and up-to-date. You can tell the owners put alot of time and thought into this condo. The nice little touches like a "thank you note" and a bottle of wine waiting upon arrival to the "welcome" phone call and the "thank you" departing phone call were unexpected touches that made this some place somewhere we definitely want to come back to. They have everything you need from beach toys and chairs, little hand lotions, fully stocked kitchen, even a book to read on the beach. We are already looking into booking another visit in September. The beach was great with soft white sand, crystal blue water and great seashells. We walked down the beach & out on Long Pier and observed local fishermen. We drove one day down to ShellKey (10 min) and found some great larger shells. There were lots of dolphins at both ShellKey and John's Pass you could watch out in the water. We tried out Bubba Gumps and a local pizza place at John's Pass, which were both good. The girls loved shopping the souvenier shops there. This condo was very inviting and felt very safe as well. Definitely a place to take the family and definitely a place that we wish to visit again. Thanks!!

  From the time I arrived, I felt very at home and welcomed from the bottle of wine that was waiting for us to all the ammentities of home. The decor of the condo was very updated and very beachy. Absolutely beautiful. We came to relax and that is exactly what we did. We were able to watch the sun rise over the intercoastal to the back and watch the sun set over the ocean to the front. The property is very conveniently located to everything. Clearwater to the north and Johns Pass to the south. We had a great time and didn't want to leave. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

  We rented this condo in Dec/Jan. It was everything we were wanting in the condo. The owners were very accomadating and VERY easy to work with. We were very surprised at all the little extra things that were there in the condo when we arrived. The owners thought of things that you might have forgot from home. The location was great. My kids range from 20-6 and everyone had a great time! The beach was beautiful and the shells are amazing along that area. While we were there, we visited Bush Gardens (40 min) and Disney's Magic Kingdom (1 1/2 hours). Neither location was a bad drive and we had a ball at both. While the kitchen in the condo is fully stocked, we did take time to visit some local restaurants. We ate at the Waterfront Pub, Bubba Gump's and PJ's Oyster Bar. All were good!! We also visited John's Pass. The shops and the restaurants were great and we also tried the parasailing and the wave runners in the Gulf. Both were fun and well worth the money. We hope to rent this condo again! What an amazing vacation!
